Chapter 179 The Progress of Lovers

Weeks had passed and the construction of the main house was progressing faster then anyone would have estimated. Matt and Bam oversaw construction while Gabe and Bear helped out where needed. Even Noah had come to Hoonah to assist in the build as the faster the project was completed, the faster they could all be reunited once again on family land.

Living arrangements for everyone were difficult. Bear had moved in with Red giving Noah his spot along with Gabe in the back of the Art Gypsy. Bam and Lila took up residence with Kay and Kenny and the girls were split between Matt and Jill and Bear and Red. Ami and Billy preferred to stay in Browntown until they could move into their new home.

Family dinners were divided between Red and Jill usually serving buffet style to accommodate such a large family. It was hard work for everyone but the payoff would be grand.

Jill was closing in fast to her due date and Red and Bear's wedding date was rapidly approaching. Lila kept the Brownies and Lucas entertained most days while everyone worked and in between the kids' naps, she helped Red pull together her wedding plans.

Bird and Rain pitched in by working in the bakery and the Art Gypsy when called upon. Everyone had a purpose and as the old saying went, "Many hands made light work."

As the weekend approached, Bam and Matt decided that everyone could use a break as tempers were becoming short and halted work so that they could all surprise their parents with a quick run to Browntown. Packing up 5 brothers, 2 wives, 2 sisters, 1 fiancee and 3 kids was no easy undertaking but they managed to fill the Integrity and the Virtue to capacity and headed home.

Mr. Cupcake had alerted the matriarch and patriarch to the arrival of the boats. Both of them were thrilled to see their children and extended family. The reunion was a welcome respite. In usual fashion, everyone set out to make a family dinner happen. Matt and Gabe were put on deer duty. Bird and Bear were assigned to catch some fish. Bam escorted the kids, his wife and Rain on a berry hunt while Red volunteered to make fresh bread for dinner. Jill was told to rest as she tired more easily the closer it got to her due date. Ami, Billy and Noah kept Jill company and entertained her with stories of Matt when he was younger. Ami and Billy were happy that he had found Jill. His life had completely changed since he had met her and although they were sad to see him leave the nest, they were pleased to see the self confidence he had gained and the inner peace that seemed to elude him just a few years earlier.

One by one each group returned successful in the endeavors for fresh meat, fish and berries. The smell of fresh baked bread wafted all through the camp. The kids were fed first and put to head early in the main cabin while the adults relaxed and enjoyed a fresh dinner. Ami and Billy  volunteered to keep the kids with them tonight giving the couples some rare alone time that was much appreciated closer to the time they all decided to head to bed.

Bam and Lila retired to their cabin along with Matt and Jill. Bear and a somewhat reluctant Red stayed in his treehouse. Ami smiled as she followed Billy into the cabin for the evening. She remembered what it was like to be young and in love and she expected the nocturnal activities would begin soon only leading her to the idea of more grandchildren.

Bam wasted no time in taking advantage of their privacy as he began to work his magic on Lila's neck. "Isn't this how I got knocked up the last time?"

"Now Mrs. Brown, would that be such a bad thing?" He pulled her shirt over her head and began caressing her breasts. It wasn't long before she became a willing partner to both their desires.

Meanwhile in the room next door, Matt slowed danced with his very pregnant wife. He whispered in her ear, "Come on babe, just this once...."
Jill didn't want to waste their moment of solitude together and agreed to Matt's creative suggestion for their alone time. He stripped first and helped her out of her clothing. He loved the roundness of her breasts and belly. She couldn't have been more attractive to him and he helped  lower her to the bed. They were both giddy with excitement as it would be the first time in months that they would get to sleep alone and that's exactly what they did. "Goodnight, babe." JIll curled up next to Matt and they both just fell asleep.

After coaxing Red back into the tree house, the two came together like crashing waves. It seemed they had less alone time together now then when they lived apart. He removed his shirt as she shimmied out of her clothes revealing his favorite things...her red bra and leopard panties.

"Holy crap, someone's getting laid tonight." Bear sometimes thought out loud. She giggled at his bluntness.

He pulled her onto the pallet and began to appreciate her natural gifts. She smelled like the fresh bread she had made for dinner and it only made him hungrier for all her special desserts. His hand ran up and down her inner thigh and she wasted no time in guiding it exactly where she wanted it to be. She let out a soft gasp as he found the right spot and playfully teased her until she asked him to make love to her. He readily did as she requested as he could refuse her nothing.
