🔃Megan's POV🔃

"So, what do you thinkk?" Corrie sang as she twirled in front of my in a floor length candy pink gown which had only one sleeve.

"I think. . . That you look absolutely gorgeous!" I exclaimed and she really did. Her hair was left down, bouncing in soft curls and her make up was minimal making her naturally look good.

"I know." She winked. We were currently getting ready for the high school prom which we were gonna crash. We found a small motel in this town and while Ems and Chase were sharing one room, Corrie and I were sharing another and James and DM were sharing one too.

"Yeah, okay. Stop with the self-obsession and tell me if I look fine or not?" I tease.

"Babe, you look more than fine to me." She whistled making me laugh. I was wearing a light blue, one-shoulder gown which hugged till my waist and then flared out in layers below my knees and reached my ankles at the back. I pinned a little of my hair to the side and paired the gown with silver strap heels.

"Let's go crash a prom!" Corrie chirps as we head out.

Author's POV

They all loaded up in the SUV, ready for prom night. The prom started at 7, and the plan was that they would spend the night here, in Woodwell, and then head off to Acrae tomorrow morning at around 12, which was an eight hour drive.

Emily was wearing a floor-length sleeveless, red gown and had her hair up in a bun. She was really looking forward to tonight because it was her first night alone with Chase, in a room. Obviously she had spent an entire night with Chase alone in the tent but they had only got around to talking. This time though, it would be different. She thought tonight was 'the' night. She was ready to trust Chase because she knows that she's fallen for him and just hoped he felt the same for her.

Chase was dressed in a sliver and black tux, which he had to buy from the thrift shop. He thought it looked kind of weird but Emily told him he just looked absolutely hot. Emily. Man, that girl had him whipped. He was nervous about them sharing a room because he didn't know what would happen. Making out is a completely different ball game from 'doing it'. He wasn't sure that it was even gonna happen and he really didn't mind that. He could wait for her as long as she wanted, because he knows he's fallen for her and hope that she feels the same for him.

Max was dressed in an all black suit paired with a dark emerald green colour tie because apparently, that was the only tie they had which would go with that suit. Obviously, he didn't want to wear an electric blue tie or a neon pink one so he had no other option. He had decided that he would tell Corrie how he felt about her, today. Nervousness gripped him and whenever he was nervous he would fidget which is really not a good thing since he was driving, so instead of moving his hands here and there his lips started twitching involuntarily, making him look creepy.

Corrie kept looking at Max and wondering 'what the hell is wrong with this guy?!'. His lips kept twitching and he drummed his fingers on the steering wheel, looking like he was about to throw up any minute. Anyway, she needed to focus on getting her nervousness in control. She didn't expect Max to grow the balls to ask her out so she had decided that she would tell him how she felt, tonight. She was going crazy, thinking that 'what if he rejects me?!' Or 'what if he doesn't want a relationship?!'. She took deep breaths trying to calm herself down, but failed. So, to keep herself from freaking out and start screaming like a maniac she sang to the lyrics of the song playing in the car.
