🔃Megan's POV🔃

"Guys, um, we both need to tell you something." I began, gesturing towards James by taking his hand in mine.

"And what is that?" Ems asked with her eyebrows shot up.

I took a deep breath and looked at James. He nodded and squeezed my hand. I returned his squeeze and let out the breath I was holding.

"James and I are together."

"Yeah, we can see that. You both are sitting together." DM stated from the front seat, turning his face towards us.

I face-palmed myself with my free hand and looked at James who was rolling his eyes.

"What?" DM asked, confused. "That's what you meant. Right?"

"No, that's not what she meant, Max." James replied, trying very hard to control his laughter.

"And you did the deed with this guy!" I exclaimed to Corrie who was sitting beside me.

"Hey! It was a very good deed!" Corrie huffed making me roll my eyes. "And it felt amazing." She added, making DM wink at her.

"Good Lord." I muttered to myself.

"Anyway, what did you want to tell us?" Ems asked, turning a little so that she could face us and leaned her back against the car door.

"We, uh, wanted to tell you that James and I are, uh, going out. You know?" I tried again, stammering. I looked at James who was just smirking at me.

"Yeah, we all are going out. We all are going to Candice, Megan." Corrie stated. I groaned out loud, in frustration while James was just laughing away like a maniac and the others stared us like we had grown two heads.

"Oh, God! Not like that Corrie!" I rolled my eyes.

"Then how?" She asked, confused.

"What Megan is trying to tell you all, but is failing miserably at it-" James started, making me smack him on the arm with my free hand. "Ow!" I smirked making him huff but u could see the slight grin he was hiding.

"Anyway, what Megan is trying to tell you all is that, Megan asked me out yesterday and after a lot of begging, I said yes. So now, we're a couple. Like girlfriend and boyfriend kind." He smirked in satisfaction which earned him another smack on the head by me but before anyone could react, the car was making a screeching sound as Chase lost control of the car and was applying the brakes. The car finally came to a halt, but not before making us all scream like retards and jerking the four of us at the back forward. James prevented me from hitting the seat in front of me, holding me back by putting his hands around my waist, while I protected Corrie who held on to Ems, who was about to fall off the seat.

"What the hell was that?" I asked wriggling back a little and pushing my hair out my face, trying to get my breathing in control.

"Sorry! I'm so sorry!" Chase apologised from the front. "I, um, just lost control. Your news was really shocking and uh, I didn't expect James to not have the balls to ask Megan out so that eventually Megan had to do it." He explained making us all go into a wild fit of laughter while James protested.

"Hey! She didn't ask me out! I did. An-" James started but I cut him off.

"And after asking and asking and asking, I finally said yes." I smirked in victory. Yes, I quoted Tangled. Except I had to edit the quote a little. I looked at James, who had a scowl on his face, with a smug expression.

"So, wait. You both are now together? Oh! I get it!" DM exclaimed.

"Please! Somebody give him the Nobel Prize." I exclaimed sarcastically waving one hand in the air making everyone laugh but DM give me a mock-gasp.
