Hey, Jacky? I need some advice...

'Hey, what's up?xx'

I'm having trouble with some feelings I've been getting recently...xx

'What feelings?xx'

It's about Ronnie xx

'Explain?xx'

What is there to explain?! You've seen the way I look at him, heard the way I talk about him, and now I'm asking for help! Work it out!xx

'So you like him?xx'

If only it were that simple...xx

'How is it not?xx'

It might be more xx

'Like love??xx'

Well, what the fuck else would I mean?!xx

'Calm down!xx'

I would, but this feeling is so crappy!xx

'I wouldn't worry about that too much. I'm coming round now okay? And you should probably check the number before you text it ;) xx'

Ronnie! Holy fuck I'm so sorry... xx

'Why? Don't be sorry! I'm coming over okay?xxx'

Okay... xxx

-end of conversation-

That wasn't the best way to kick off my evening... But at least I didn't have to wait too long before I heard a knock on my door. I was sort of terrified to open it, worried that Ronnie was here to let me down easy in person, but I had to let him in. So I turned the handle.
The door was slammed open as fast as I was slammed up against the closest wall.
"You don't know how long I've waited to hear you say that you love me," he chuckled, smirking his sexy smile before smashing his lips up to mine.
For a moment, I didn't kiss back, being too shocked to do so. It could be a set up. Then again, if it was, I wasn't getting the chance to kiss him again any time soon so I kissed back with as much passion as he was kissing me.
I almost wanted to cry when he pulled away. If it was a joke, it would be over now.
"Ron, are you being serious?" I whispered.
"No, I just ran all the way here to kiss you because that's my sense of humour," he joked, sarcasm practically dripping from his tone. I smiled and shook my head.
"How long?" I asked him.
"Too long," was the simple honest answer he gave me.
"Hey, Ron?"
"Yeah?"
"I love you," I beamed up at him.
He pulled me close to him and held me tight, kissing my forehead.
"I love you."
"I still wish I checked the number!" I giggled into his chest.
"Good for you. I don't," he laughed, grabbing my chin between his finger and his thumb and kissing me gently.
I was actually glad I didn't check...
