I shivered roughly and sat up yawning. I grabbed the blanket off the floor and wrapped it around my shoulders. I walked into the kitchen. I got myself some cereal.
I ran upstairs and put on some black leggings, a light blue shirt with the words 'Never Stop Dreaming' on the front with a Mickey Mouse head. I slipped on a grey beanie and some grey socks. I walked downstairs whistling. I saw Laurance sleeping on the love seat and stopped whistling. I bit my lip then walked over to him. I sat in front of him and kissed his cheek. Then wove my fingers in his hair. "Laurance," I whispered.
"No, no, no! Not today!" He mumbled in a Russian accent. I smiled softly and bit my lip.
"Laurance. I don't have the patience to wait for you. Get up." I said, leaving a bit of coldness in my voice. I felt a shiver go up my spine. My hair fell in my face, and I watched as it turned purple. I felt rough movements in my stomach. "Laurance." I bit my lip harder. "Laurance, I swear to Irene!" I hissed.
"Whattttttttttt!" He whined.
"I-I," she stopped moving and my hair turned back to its original color. I leaned my head on his chest, I felt him stroke my hair lightly. I smiled.
"Valentine's Day is tomorrow," he muttered. I laughed.
"Yeah, I guess." He sat up, rubbing his eyes.
"So was there something that important that you woke me up about?" He said resting his head on my shoulder. I bit my lip and rested my chin on his shoulder.
"W-Well I was j-just g-going-"
"Is something wrong? You like never stutter around me anymore."
"I-It's j-just. I don't know. Maybe you'd l-like... to... move in?" He pulled away and grabbed my shoulders and looked me in the eyes.
"Would that be something you're okay with?"
"Well wouldn't it be... weird if our child's parents didn't live together? And it would be especially weird if she had to stay in a house with three other grown men... that aren't even related to her... well except Garroth," I smiled.
"Seriously? You're allowing this?"
"Of course," I kissed him. He placed his hand on the back of my head, pulling me in. I pulled away, "but you might still need to help the boys pay the rent," I teased.
"I know," he sighed. He kissed me again and I didn't hesitate to kiss back. I smiled... then the door burst open.
"Hey (Y/N)- oOoOoOo!" Travis giggled playfully. I pulled away from our kiss blushing madly.
"Travis! How did you get in here!? Why are you here!?" I hissed.
"Okay, anyway," he said completely ignoring my questions(this is so me), "Katelyn owes me a date-"
"Really... well, does it have anything to do with what I saw at the hospital a while back?" I joked.
"W-What?"
"Never mind, continue." I smirked.
"So I wanted to invite you two so you could... you know go on a date tomorrow? I mean you guys like never go on any soooooooo, yeah."
"Um, okay," Laurance nodded, his face was painted a light pink. I intertwined my fingers in his and bit my lip as I looked up at him.
"You two are like really cute togeth-"
"Travis get out of our frickin house!" I snapped. Laurance chuckled as Travis skipped out the door. He closed the door. I looked at Laurance. "Where were we?"
"Something like this," he placed his hand behind my head and kissed me softly. I heard the door open.
"Wait did you say our as in both of your house's?"
"Travis, I swear to Irene, if you don't get out then who knows what I'll do!" I glared at him. He put his hands up and walked out of the house, closing the door. I looked at Laurance and smiled, shaking my head. He kissed me on the forehead. I smiled, forgetting about what just happened with Travis. I got up and sat on the couch with Laurence. I curled up next him and leaned my head on his shoulder.
"So, would I meet you there?"
"I guess, I'm gonna have Cadenza help me get ready if you're okay with that." I glanced at the door, waiting for Travis to burst in, but he didn't.
"I don't care if my sister does anything, she's an adult, and she might as well be your sister as well."
"W-What?" I looked at him, my cheeks burning. I felt my hands shaking violently. "W-Why?"
"I don't know, it's just," he looked at me, "are you okay?"
"Y-Yeah, it's just, well-"
"Sorry, I'm pushing it. Aren't I?"
"Just a bit," I smiled nervously.
"Sorry-"
"No. It's fine." My smile relaxed. I leaned into a kiss.
"Hey guys I forgot to mention-"
"Travis if you interrupt one more moment between us I will shove a knife up you butt," I said without looking at him.
"Right, I'll just text you guys the info." He said leaving. I pressed my lips against Laurance's, but he didn't kiss back. I pulled away.
"Something wrong?"
"I feel like I'm rushing things between us and-"
"No! Laurance, it's fine, the truth is if I were to spend the rest of my life with anyone, right now it'd be you," I confesed. He smiled, and kissed me. I pulled away, "have I ever told you how much I love you?"
"Hm, I don't think so, why don't you tell me?"
"Shut up, you know."
"I know I just want to hear it."
"Well you won't," I teased. I stood up and pulled him to his feet. He pulled his phone out of his pocket. "Again with sleeping with your phone in your pocket!" I giggled. He started playing slow music. He pulled me close to him, wrapping his arms around my waist, and I wrapped my around his neck from instinct. "What are we doing?" I blushed.
"We haven't had a full dance since your fresh- *Ahem* 'sophomore' year. I thought maybe it'd be nice to, you know do it again, not like last night though." I nuzzled my head into his chest in response. Then we started dancing.
"This is, really nice," I sighed.
"Yeah... I can't think of anything that could make this better."
"Two little legs, learning to walk," I replied without thinking.
"Listen, I wanted to talk about that. We really need a specific time for when we tell the adults."
"I know... how about... after Valentine's Day. Maybe a week or two after. Mainly because you need to get moved in, and I need to do some major cleaning to this house... and now that I think of it, maybe we should set up a nursery in one of the guest rooms."
"So much to do," he muttered.
"I know."
"But it's okay. I'm with the most wonderful person to do it with."
"Shut up," I kicked him lightly. He kicked me back. I looked up at him, and he spun me.
I couldn't think of any other way I'd want to spend my day.
