Little Potatoes {Jacksepticeye X Reader}

"Top of the mornin' to ya laddies, my name is jacksepticeye and welcome to the 'Tin Can Challenge'. And I'm with my girlfriend (Y/N)."

You waved into the camera with a smile.

"Hello friends!"

"Do you want to explain what this challenge is?" Jack asked you.

"Sure! So basically I went out to the shop and bought some canned foods. I took off the labels and wrote numbers on each can. So what Jack is gonna do is pick a number out of this hat and find the correlating can. He'll open it and eat whatever is in the can. He has to guess what it is and I'll tell him what it actually is. Now in this combination of cans there are carrots, beets, mashed peas, green beans, um....little potatoes, and a bunch of other stu-...I think there's bread pudding in there as well. But yea!"

Jack shook his head again and sighed.

"Okay gimme the hat, let's start this!"

You handed over the hat to your green-haired boyfriend and giggled a little. He pulled out a piece of paper.

"Number three." he said, "Oh god I'm so nervous."

"Hey it's not like I bought canned dog food!" you exclaimed as you grabbed can number 3 and opened it.

In the can was chicken soup. Jack pulled out a chicken lump and made a disgusted face.

"What the f*ck? The hell is this?"

"Just eat it!" you giggled.

He ate the chicken and smiled.

"Okay that was chicken! But there were other things I tasted. So I'm guessing that was a chicken soup of some f*cking sort?"

You nodded and held the hat out again.

~TIMESKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY JACK'S GREEN HAIR!~

You were down to your last two cans and you were happy. They were the spotted dick and the little potatoes. Jack was hesitant to eat any other cans because he was scared.

"How many are left?"

"Two more then I'll buy you a pizza."

(I also forgot to mention that Jack's visiting you in America. Whoops!)

You grabbed the can labeled 10 and let Jack open it. He looked at it confused and jabbed his fork into the can. He pulled out the fork and sniffed the bread pudding. He took a bite and sighed in relief. But started eating more of what was in the can.

"Hey! Save some for me!" you shouted trying to take it from him.

"Don't f*cking worry! I'll save some of this...whatever this is."

"Jack...."

"What?"

"That's the spotted dick."

He looked at the can the back at you and his eyes widened.

"WAIT WHAT?" he yelled as you broke down in a fit of laughter.

"Babe *hic* that's the *hic* bread pudding! *hic hic*"

He then had a look of realization on his face.

"I'm f*cking stupid! Spotted dick is f*cking bread pudding! God dammit! And I'm not used to you swearing so I was taken off guard!"

You were still in a laughing fit but gave him the last can.

"Here *hic* you'll like this one!" you said as you sat up and dried your tears.

He opened it and took in a whiff of the aroma. He glanced at you and smirked.

"You're eating this with me."

You nodded with a smile as Jack held the fork up for you to take. You surprised him by eating the little chopped potato off the fork instead of taking the fork from Jack. He blushed a little and ate the potato before hugging you.

"YOU F*CKING GAVE ME POTATOES YOU ARE AWESOME!"

You giggled again and pushed him off.

"Well that's all the cans!"

~TIMESKIP TO AFTER JACK'S OUTRO BECAUSE I IS LAZY!~

You turned off the camera and Jack patted the spot next to him. Once you sat down he hugged you and stroked your (H/L) (H/C) hair.

"Thank you for giving me potatoes!" he whispered.

"No problem Jack."

He pulled away and smiled.

"You know, we could make our own little potatoes. If you know what I mean."

You cocked your head in confusion and Jack got down on one knee.

"(Y/N), will you marry me?" he asked as he took your hand in his.

You smiled as tears filled your eyes, and nodded, "Yes!"

That night you and Jack had fun making little potatoes.
