~Misa~
I didn't find my room. Instead I ended up wandering around for another half hour with a head ache and a throbbing nose.
I had even tried to find my way back to the hallway I had originally came from, but this hospital was like a maze. It was way too big to be in this small town. Whoever built it made it excessively huge. The hallways were not well lit either, making it even creepier.
I continued walking.
For a second, I thought I might just ironically die in this hospital.
Finally a nurse found me and led me back to my room. She questioned me about why I was out of my room in the first place, but I was so exhausted I don't even remember what my answer was.
Lana
I woke up feeling groggy. I hadn't gotten to fall asleep until around 2 o'clock this morning.
I looked around the room for a clock. I found one above the door. It read 8:26.
I closed my eyes and tried to fall back asleep.
I was just about to fall alseep when I heard my door open. I opened my eyes just slightly to see who had entered the room.
I saw a dark haired girl walk in and I closed my eyes before she noticed I was awake.
All of a sudden an image appeared in my head. An image of a girl with dark hair and glass shattering.
I heard the girl pull up a chair and sit it next to my bed.
I felt a hand gently brush against face.
What the-?
I almost opened my eyes and yelled at her but I decided against it. I was too tired to fight with anyone right now.
The girl began petting my hair softly next. I opened my eyes and gave her a strange look.
It was kind of like 'Why the fuck are you touching me?'.
"Oh sorry." She said retracting her hand.
She didn't look familiar.
"Do I know you?" I asked.
"Do I look familiar?" She asked.
I shook my head.
"Oh. Yeah. You do know me. My name's Ryland. We're friends." She said.
"Oh." I said.
Ryland. That name sounded familiar.
"You met my brother Ryder last night. Do you remember that?" She said.
Oh. That's where I heard her name.
"Oh yeah. He asked me about you." I said.
"I didn't mean to wake you up. Sorry about that." She said.
"Yeah. Why were you petting me?" I asked.
"Oh yeah sorry about that. You just looked like a little doll right now. I couldn't help myself." She said shyly.
"Right. I kind of want to get back to sleeping if you don't mind." I said. She nodded and stood up. She hesitated like she wanted to say something else before she left the room but decided against it and walked out.
Finally. Peace and quiet.
I closed my eyes and tried to fall back asleep. I felt my mind drifting and my body felt heavy.
