"What the shit?" Catya was just about to leave when the words of the sixth generation octagon began floating off the page.

Everyone stared as they rose up from the book.

A hand reached out to touch the words.

I glanced at Misa who had her arm outstretched.

The words weren't solid. Her hand swept through them like it would a ghost.

Then in an instant the words went up in smoke. We had thought they vanished but then we noticed they had just returned to their spot on the page.

"It's real." Misa said with wide eyes.

"Haha. Very funny, old man. You can come out now." Catya said sarcastically.

"That was Illusionist wasn't it?" Misa said. "Wasn't it?" She turned her attention to Catya's sister.

I glanced at the sister. She looked surprised herself, almost excited.

"You're Illusionist." I realized.

"Oh shut up. Evie tell them to shut up." Catya said.

Evina looked at her sister with wide eyes. Then she smiled. Oddly enough, I think it was the first time I'd seen her smile.

She always looked so gloomy.

"Catya. The book is real." Evina said.

"Seriously, Eves. Stop." Catya said.

"You don't even believe your own sister?" Xander said.

Catya rubbed her hand on her forehead in frustration.

"Wait, so does that mean I have powers too?" Ryder asked. "Did you chose yours?" Ryder looked at Evina.

Evina shook her head.

"Stop playing along." Catya said to her sister.

"I'm not playing, Catya." Evina said, looking annoyed.

"So what power do I have?" Ryder asked, completely ignoring the tension building up in the room.

"I know right. I'm so curious." Misa tagged along, probably not actually noticing the tension.

Ryder seemed more self centered.

Misa just couldn't read the situation.

"What will make you believe it?" Evina asked.

"Illusionist can create any illusion?" Catya asked and a couple of us nodded. "Then make yourself look like a princess."

"What?" Evina asked.

"Put a crown on your head or something." Catya said quickly.

Evina nodded slowly. She concentrated and a cloud of black smoke swam around the top of her head, leaving a giant gold crown in its place.
