Hi, I'm back, I've decided to try something new and instead of spelling out each time break I'm going to put in three stars between the paragraphs to see if it flows better.
Recap:
"You call yourself the Blue Saber, why is that?" Another one asked.
Wait what?
I blinked at the reporter confused, why would I ever call myself that? My lightsaber is green. I really shouldn't have let the rest of the Avengers pick my code name.
"I'm sorry, we don't have more time for questions, but I'm sure Mr. Stark will hold a press conference soon," Pepper interjected and pulled me away to a new car that had just arrived for us.
"Thank you," I said as I climbed into the car.
"It's fine, are you ok?"
"Yeah...Yeah, I'm just surprised with the code name that's all," I said even though my moment of shock had ended and I was puzzling over the appearance of the droid, wondering why now, out of all the time I've been here the Sith became more active, was it because I joined the Avengers?

"Amber... Amber?" Pepper called pushing me out of the deep train of thought. I looked up at her confused. "We're back."
"Oh, yeah, um I've got to talk to the team about the attack are they still upstairs?"
"They should be."
"Thanks," I said and got out of the car, I reached out with the force, thankfully I didn't sense the Sith following me. We walked back in the building, and into the elevator. "I'm sorry, we didn't get very far," Pepper said breaking the silence.
"No, it's fine, I'm going home tonight anyway, I'm just glad we're safe."
"Sir, Pepper and The Blue Saber are back," Jarvis announced as we walked out of the elevator.
Tony walked over to greet us, "So Amber what do you think of your code name?"
"I think it's really similar to yours, Iron man."
"I told you her lightsaber wasn't blue," Bruce said walking over to us, "Pepper how are you?"
"Good, It's nice to have you back Bruce."
"It's not?" Natasha asked, coming up behind them.
"My lightsaber is green, but we have a bigger problem, we might be facing an outer galactic threat."
"I could have sworn it was blue," Sam muttered as we walked to the kitchen, where I would inform the rest of the team what I had learned.

"So you think that there are more Jedi on earth, not just you?" Steve clarified a few moments later after I explained to them what had happened.
"Not exactly, I haven't sensed any other Jedi, but I have sensed the Sith."
"The Sith are like the yin to your yang?" Tony asked.
"Yeah, I guess you could say that."
"How many do you think there are?" Thor inquired.
"I think one, but I could easily be wrong. Usually there's a padawan and a master, but they could be like me, masterless, or someone could have reinvented my ancestor's ship and traveled here," I explained hoping that wasn't the case. If it was then. . . I didn't want to think about that.
"How powerful do you think this one is?"
"There's no telling, I've been using the force to mask my presence, and I think they are doing the same. They must have slipped up when I sensed them back in Jersey, and I was able to trace them here, unfortunately there are a lot of people in the city, so finding them is like finding a needle in a haystack."
"Well good thing you can be our magnet," Natasha said.
"What do you mean?"
"Since your powers are connected we can use you to find the Sith, Bruce just needed to run some test and we can find a way to scan for high force energy readings."
So much for not becoming a lab rat, but I need to find this enemy even if it meant spending time in a lab. "When do we start?"

A few hours later after all the tests were done they let me head home for the night, which meant getting back to school work. "Hey, do you have a second? I have a robotics question for you?" Sphene asked me. We were currently hanging out on the couch doing our work together.
"Sure," I moved to sit next to her, that's when I noticed a burn on her hand, "Hey what happened to your-" I stopped speaking when I felt a disturbance in the force and the lights when out.
What's going on?
I had my answer when figures crashed in through the windows and broke down the door. I wasted no time; I grabbed Sphene and pulled us under the coffee table. "You know what, I'll look it up later," She muttered.
"Come out and we won't use force, -" A voice called out, I winced as I heard someone knock over a lamp cutting them off. I could tell they weren't police; it must be a villain or something coming after me for leverage against the Avengers!
"I'll distract them, then you run to the door if you don't hear from me within the hour call Stark Towers and have them tell Pepper I won't be able to make the meeting tomorrow and get yourself to safety," I whispered urgently.
"Are you crazy?"
"Go!" Not waiting for her response I rolled up from under the table and jumped up.
"Oh! Hello, I'm sorry but I think you're in the wrong apartment, I didn't order a bunch of masked vigilantes." I yelled, they all looked at me, I smiled watching Sphene race out the door undetected.
"Surrender!" the leader yelled. Then fired. So much for giving me time to surrender.
I ducked out of the way and threw the first thing I found, my school bag at them. It hit one guy square in the chest and he fell instantly to the ground.
I darted across the room and jumped over the kitchen counters shaped like a peninsula. They opened fire, I hoped my home insurance would cover vigilantes shooting up my kitchen, and breaking through my windows.
I grabbed the fruit bowl and chucked it over the island and hopefully at one of their heads. As I heard it crash to the ground I grabbed my pepper spray and a frying pan. Not wanting to reveal my secret identity I relied on kitchen utensils for help.
Once the shooting calmed down a little I made a break for the door, I sprayed who ever came close with pepper spray, but that ended up with me throwing the bottle at someone once I realized they were wearing masks, and therefore my attack had no effect. I then switched to the frying pan. I swung it in random directions forcing them back. I was about to knock one out when a giant spider web knocked it out of my hands.
Web? That means...
"Spider-Man?"
Hey, guess what? This week marked my one year anniversary for this story! Wow the year went fast! Thank you for sticking with me through this past year. I don't know when the next update will be, I'm going to be pretty busy and I'm one of those writers who writes around ten different things at the same time, and I'm still trying to figure out where this is going. Luckily I know generally what I want to happen, so all I need is time and motivation to write. Would anyone be interested if I posted a few flash fiction pieces that i'd been working on? Well until next time!
