Chapter 11

I wake up to a text from Paisley:

'Hey girl I hear you are out of hospital! Wanna get chipotle? Xox'

I can't believe her! I am so angry I throw my phone across the room. The loud bang wakes Tyler up.
"Woah what's up? What's happened?" He says in a groggy voice.
"Ugh it's Paisley!" I say grumpily.
"What has she done now?" He asks. I get up and pick my phone up; luckily it's not smashed. I show him the message.
"What the hell? So she doesn't visit you at all after lying about having to go to school now she wants to get chipotle?"
"Exactly." I say dropping myself onto the couch. Tyler pulls me between his legs and we sit like this for a little while. It gets to about 11:23am and I decide to take a shower. Tyler comes into the bathroom to brush his teeth.
"Hey Tyler do you wanna do something today!?" I yell. He spits out the toothpaste before answering.
"Uh I need to go to the studio to record some stuff if you wanna come!" He yells back. I turn off the shower, walk out and put my towel on.
"Yeah sounds fun." I say.
I get changed into some blue ripped boyfriend jeans, white Dr. Martens and a stripy t-shirt.
Just before we leave I look at Tyler with a screwed up face; he tilts his head slightly and raises an eyebrow.
"Everything okay?" He asks.
"Yeah just I'm kinda confused."
"With what?"
"What are we? Are we a couple or friends or what?"
"Hmmm I'm not sure." I look at him disappointedly and he steps closer to me. He grabs my hips and pulls me towards him; he pushes his soft lips against mine and I kiss him back. I put my hand on the back of his head and the whole world has slowed down. After a minute or two I pull away and smile.
"Well..." I say trying to catch my breath.
"Does that answer your question." He says with a little smirk on his face. I giggle and kiss him lightly on his cheek.
"Yes it does." I open the door and we walk to his car.

We get to the studio and Josh is there waiting.
"Hey Josh!" I say in excitement. He gets up and hugs me.
"Wow hi you look so much better." Josh says.
"Thanks." Josh and I have become good friends. He frequently visited me when I was in hospital, but the last time he saw me I had a fever and that took a toll on my health and I couldn't have any visitors for awhile.
"No problem." I roll my eyes whilst smirking and Josh sits back at his drums.
"Well are you guys gonna get on with it?" I ask sarcastically. They both laugh and I sit down.
They record a few songs for their new album. Tyler has such an amazing voice and Josh isn't half bad at drums. When they finish I get up and cheer. The producers all look at me in disgust so I sit back down embarrassed.
"Okay guys cut her some slack she has never been in a studio." Tyler says. 'Thank you' I mouth.

When they finish Tyler comes and sits next to me in the couch. I place my head on his shoulder and he holds my hand. Josh catches on and starts to joke.
"Ooooo what is this?" He laughs. Tyler rolls his eyes and I just giggle along with Josh.
"Lux I like that you can take a joke." Josh says smiling as always.
"Josh I like that you make jokes." I say trying to be as serious as possible. We all laugh together and then it's time to go.

Tyler and I get back to his apartment and the first thing I do is take my jeans off; not in a sexual way just my jeans are super uncomfortable. Tyler's eyes widen and his eyebrows raise. I laugh at him then grab a redbull from the fridge.
"You standing there holding that can of redbull is the sexiest thing I have ever seen." He says.
"Do you know what's even sexier?" I say.
"What?" He laughs.
"Me sat on the armchair playing a bass guitar then taking a sip of redbull." I say smugly. Tyler laughs and grabs his bass guitar.
"Come on then hotshot." I take the guitar and do what I said.
"You're right." He says. He takes the guitar off of me and I stand up.
"You are so incredibly sexy." I close my eyes and he kisses me softly.

I wake up lying on his bare chest. I feel so in love, I have never loved somebody like this before. I'm in my own little utopia. Tyler's arm is holding me close to him and I feel safe. I just can't stop smiling.
