Biglang lalabas ang tubig mula sa fountain kasabay ng pagputok ng mga fireworks.

“Sir?” I snapped out of it.
“Nakaset up na po ang lahat. Anong oras po ba darating ang girlfriend niyo?” ngumiti ako. This is it. Wala nang urungan.
“Oo naman. Mahal kita.”
