Part 7

I quickly turned around to find Vihaan looking at me and pouring himself a glass of water and drinking it. "Hey.. How've you been doing?" he asked "Hey.. um Hi.. nothing.. I mean.. Good.. you tell what's up?" blabbering I finally ended up answering him.

Shit! Amelie why are you blabbering AGAIN??

Well that's because he was looking HOT today!! Broad shoulders, His white shirt that fit him so perfectly it defined his well toned body, it had the first button open. His oval shaped face with his perfectly defined jawline and his stubble..

WTF!! are you out of you head Amelie!!

"Nothing much.. Working at RBS planning to go ahead for Masters but not yet decided can't make up my mind" he answered while sipping down his glass of water.

Amelie's P.O.V

Vihaan was originally my grandma's (mother's mom) long lost cousin's son, so somehow my uncle. We found this relation quite weird so we never kept it that way. We shared the same date of birth Capricorns the only difference was he was an '89 born and I was a '91 born. 

We were the only two in our community who shared the same date of birth. Vihaan was also my uncle's brother-in-law, his sisters were married into my family to my uncles, which made his presence even more prominent in most of our family occasions. 

Vihaan was known for two main things one for his happy-go-lucky attitude with him always partying around having fun in short enjoying his life to the fullest. and the other was his ex-girlfriend Vitali. Known to all Vihaan and Vitali had the most tragic end to their love story. 

They dated back he was eighteen and she eighteen and a half. They were totally in love, families had agreed to their relationship but suddenly the roads took such a horrifying turn that none could have imagined. 

For some unknown reason Vitali backed out of the relationship leaving Vihaan totally devastated which drove his anger to such limits that he emailed all the eligible bachelors in the community regarding their  intimate relationship. 

This caused much of juicy gossips for all in the community but in the end the matters were settled between the two families silently. 

Vihaan since then never got into any serious relationship. But he was a good person at heart something inside me would say that. The only thing dangerous to him was his anger and possibly his love too..

"Hey what are you sitting here and doing? Come on let's dance.." said Vihaan offering his hand and eyeing towards the dance floor.

Yesss I want to goo!!

"A..eeh..No actually I don't do slow dance and besides if I take another into these shoes again I could probably audition myself for the Walking Dead series as a zombie limping and lagging.." I giggled.  He laughed at my response and just as he was about to say something his friends called out for him. 

"Okay so I gotta go bye... Next time don't wear heels so I get to dance with you." winking at me he left me sitting on the table alone. 

Whaaaatttt??? Did you just?? Noooo you did not!!

My heart had split into two one wanted to dance with Vihaan for some reason today as if I was suddenly being pulled towards him. And the other was stopping me as I had saved my first slow dance for that only one person.

 The only reason refusing Vihaan for the slow dance was that I wouldn't dance with anyone other than that special one. 

Back at home I couldn't help but think of just Vihaan and my minutes encounter. It wasn't that we had never spoken before it was always a simple Hi & Bye. Today the atmosphere, the songs in the background everything played its role just too well..

Aaaarrggghh Amelie you're thinking too much.. shut your head go to sleep!!
