It was evening by the time I got up. I didn't know when I had dozed off to sleep but I did know what I had last seen and I had no intentions of seeing it again. So I went to to the washroom and splashed some cold water on my face to freshen up a bit. There was no message or call by Vihaan so I didn't bother to message back.
I went out into the living room to watch T.V. Apparently mom and dad weren't home they had gone to my uncle's place. Dani was in his room playing with his Playstation. Luckily it was time for Supernaturals so I sat down to watch my show in peace. I grabbed some chipps from the kitchen and sat down to watch the show.
By the time the show had ended and I got bored I went to the kitchen to cook up some dinner. So by the time my parents would come the dinner would be ready. I bought all the ingredients of bake chicken on the kitchen table and started preparing the dinner.
*Ting!*
Was the sound of the oven and my bake chicken was ready. It was already 9:30 pm and I had started to feel my stomach growling for food but my parents had yet not arrived. Just when I was about to call them, they entered the house.
"Oh great you made dinner!! I was telling your dad for a takeaway.. But I guess he had a feeling the dinner will be ready." my mom passed me smile. And disappeared to their bedroom to change.
She loved it when I would do something without her telling me to do it!
As soon as they returned Dani was also on the dinner table waiting. "I'm starving..." I complained. I pounced on the food like a hungry piranha and gulped it down in large bites. By the time everyone was done with their dinner it was 10:30 pm. Even though I was full till the throat I still had little space left for my all time favorite vanilla ice cream.
I had my share of the ice cream in the T.V lounge nicely relaxing on the sofa while my parents were off to their bedroom and Dani was sitting with me having his own ice cream. I left him watching T.V as I was done and returned to room.
I was still outside my room when I heard a strange tune playing. A familiar one. I opened my room door and stepped inside.
Oh shit its my phone!
I glanced at the clock it was 11:10 pm.
It must be Vihaan!!
Where's my phone???
I searched my phone here and there as I had left my books and laptop everything on my bed messed up after what I'd seen on Orkut I didn't bother to pick up my phone and keep it back on the bedside table.
Oh Great!!
3 missed calls - Vihaan
Woahhh!!
2 seconds later
Vihaan calling....
"I'm so sorry I totally lost track of time. Mom and dad had gone out to y uncle's place so we all got late for dinner." straight out in one breath I spoke
"Hi Amelie.. usually people say Hello.. Hi.. Or even How do you do?" he said
I could make out the devil had a big grin across his face. I had given him a chance the same day to pull the same trick on me and he had succeeded.

I laughed hard at his comment. "Hahahahahah Hi Vihaan.. good one! So what was the hurry you have a new gossip or you're just good at keeping promises because 3 missed calls.. could have been a fourth too?"
"Good at keeping promises yeah I'am.. See I kept mine..What's say?" he asked
"Oh yeah you did.. no doubt 10:30 pm sharp" I acknowledged
"Whereas Gossips are concerned somewhat I have and I can tell you..But" His pause made me wonder what was coming ahead.
"But Amelie find me a girl I want to get into a relationship!"
OUCH!!!!!!
