Part 52

I decided to wear a pink top with black jeans for the bonfire and let my hair down with black heels. I had to reach at Mia's place by 6 and it was 6:30 I had up to 10 missed calls by now by Mia and Mich both. I was in big trouble by the time I would reach Mia's place these two would be like the wildest piranhas.

I just put up light make up in a hurry and rushed outside with Mich's birthday present where my father was waiting in the car to drop me. "Remember your timings!!" my mom called behind me

"Yeah don't worry I'll be back by then.." I called out 

I reached at Mia's place by half an hour. "You b**** you are an hour late!!" both Mich pounced at me opening the main door to Mia's house and Mia was chuckling behind on her couch. That was the usual Mia.

"Happy Birthdayyyyy Mich I love you so much... You don't know what you mean to me!!" I grabbed Mich into a tight hug and pushed her in to the house before she keep going. 

Mia's chuckling grew into laughter as I pushed Mich into the house and threw her on the couch.

"Wooww woman you're husband will have a hard time dealing with you when he comes late from work" I grinned at her.

"Don't you dare change the topic.. You were supposed to be here an hour ago.. Where the hell were you? Mia won't say anything as usual" 

"Oyee don't drag me in.. You'll decide who will kill who!" Mia finally spoke in 

We both turned and looked at Mia "Whaaat??"

We started laughing at Mia's expression. Gosh!!  "Anyhow Mich you're birthday present.. don't fuss over such small issues you'll get wrinkles, you aren't getting any younger!!" I handed her the present and winked passed by her and jumped on the couch next to Mia.

"See I told you.. don't get mad you'll get wrinkles!" spoke Mia

Mich let out a loud 'aaaarrgghhh'  and started unwrapping her gift. In the meantime I went to meet Mia's parents and her grandmother in the other room. I had totally forgot about them in Mich's tantrum.

When I was back Mich had calmed the hell down. "So what's the latest update on the frustrated wretch?" asked Mich

"Oh Yeah.. Mich told me all about her.. She has so much of free time.. ask her to lend me some to do my dirty laundry." Mia giggled 

Me and Mich both shot her the astonished stares possibly WTF was must have been also written on our faces. 

"Okay sorry my bad.. So what is the update?" 

I returned back after giving her the death stare that if she spoke once again anything stupid she's have it from me. "Well the wretch, emailed today writing about how close she was with Vihaan.. plus she has also started calling now and taunting me.. I haven't told Vihaan about the calls or else he'll go on a murderous spree" I finished

"Tell him you know.. Don't hide it from him" Mia said 

"I don't know I'm still thinking, today he called and said sorry before I could even read the email. Anyway let it all be.. Right now partyy!!"

My phone beeped. Vihaan was at the bonfire venue waiting with his friends. Mich put her final touch ups to her makeup as always. And we giggled like little school girls. Mich was always particular about makeup. We finally left Mia's place and reached to the venue. 

There was loud music and real party lights. 

Damnn I was already dancing...
