Damn it you idiot I've been here waiting for you!!

"Here only.. just..umm thought you'd be busy with Mia so I thought I'd give the two of you time." I lied trying to hold on to my tears as much as I could.

My subconscious roared at me as if it would rip me off any time. But the conversation was turning out to be awkward between the two of us.

He has changed..

I don't think.. It's a good idea.. I think he likes Mia..

I was about to just drop the line when I heard him say "Amelie what's wrong? you okay?" That's it that had done it for me. My patience was long gone and there was no stopping me now. 

"WHAT'S WRONG?? AM I OKAY?? EVERYTHING IS BLOODY WRONG!! You are talking dirty talks with my best friend and asking me whether I'm okay or not? Are you blind? Can't you see I'm jealous I'm bloody jealous today of my best friend. I had no idea that you would fall for her or anything as such.. Yeah as in you asked me to get you a girl because you wanted to get into a relationship but Mia!! You know you both can't go any further in life still to.. And above all I keep avoiding to talk about all those girls you fancy still you don't understand I f*****g love you dammit. I fell for you a long time ago. I love talking to you, laughing with you, I wanted to be there when you cried for Vitali. All this while I had these feelings but didn't have the guts to open my mouth NOW I'm asking you out.. Will you or will you not go out with me Vihaan??

"Amelie... Can you stay on hold please I'll get back to you." He said that and put me on hold

I asked her where had she been since so many days, I was actually worried , moreover I wanted to know if she had started to date anyone. But she instead replied that wanted to give me and Mia some quality time! What a disappointment!

Wait!! What were you expecting her to say then?

Something was really wrong with her but she wasn't willing to talk. I could just sense it. The silence between us was starting to bite me and it had never been that way I wanted to get those things out of her system, whatever was bothering her.. 

Was I  the cause of her misery ?

Did I cause her any pain?

I asked her again this time more sternly "Amelie what is wrong are you okay?"

"Dude its 11:30 pm you know it's me and my girlfriend's time.." Mayur answered the call irritatingly

"SHUT THE F**K UP Amelie asked me out what to do? I like her too.. But you know me." I asked him all f****d up

Laughing his head off, then regaining his stance he replied 

"I told you she had the thing for you.. You are stupid to not see it.. I like her mann say yes, she's a great girl... Don't think much if she has to stay she'll stay with this Vihaan and she'll change him, which I know she will.. So go say yes.. I'm sure you're an ass enough to put her on hold and call me.."

I smiled at his reply and cut the call.

Is Amelie still on hold?? ;)
