Author's POV
Lauren ran her fingers through Camila's hair, smiling at the feeling of their chests rising and lowering together with every breath they took. The sun began to go down, and the room began to darken.
"How long do you think we've been in here?" Lauren asked Camila.
"I Have no idea," Camila lifted her head and kissed Lauren's lips. "But that was definitely the best sex we've had so far." Lauren smiled.
"No, trust me. I'm still working on my masterpiece." Camila threw her had back in laughter. Lauren looked at the girl above her, and wondered what she did without her the amount of time she did not have her memories.
"I missed this," Camila said.
"I'm sorry for not spending the day with you before Liam cleared me." Lauren told Camila, whose features softened at the girl under her, still remembering the pain she felt against their chest when Lauren chose to be cleared the same night she was bitten by the werewolf.
"I'm sorry for all the shit I told you before you went into the forest. I really did not mean it, Lauren.: The older girl tried to sit up against the headboard with Camila still on top of her.
"Can I ask you something?" Lauren looked straight ahead, and Camila instantly knew what this was going to be about.
"Yeah," Camila played with the black strands of hair that cascaded in the valley between Lauren's breasts.
"What did I do wrong? Why weren't you happy with me?" Camila felt her heart ache at the sound of Lauren's drained voice. Camila rolled her body off of Laurens, and sat next to her. She brought the sheets to her chest and stared straight ahead just like Lauren was.
"You did not do anything wrong, Lauren. I was at my happiest with you, really. You have to believe me about that. But I missed my parents, my sister, my friends. I missed the things that I didn't have with you but I had at home." Lauren closed her eyes, finally beginning to understand.
"Have you seen any of those people?" Lauren asked the brunet.
"Who?"
"Your family, your friends."
"I have not." Camila said sincerely.
"Why not? You lived here, did you not? In this city, I mean,"
"I just got here last night, Lauren. Either way you are my priority right now, all i care about is you being safe." Lauren searched for Camila's hand between the sheets. When she finally found it, Lauren brought the limb up to her lips and kissed it lovingly.
"Do you remember where you lived?" Lauren asked the girl next to her.
"Of course I do, Lauren. It has only been a year or so? Why?" Without another word Lauren got up from the bed and begun to get dressed.
"What are you doing?" Camila asked worriedly cursing herself about seemingly messing something up. Camila's nerves vanished when Lauren smiled at her.
"Get dressed." Lauren simply said.
"Why..?" Camila began getting up from the bed, legs still recovering from the extravagant amount of pleasure she had just endured.
"I'm hungry. We're going out to eat and to discuss about how you're introducing your girlfriend to your family." Camila stopped in her tracks and looked at Lauren. The news she had just gotten hit he hard, but one particular word made her heart jump.
"Girlfriend?" Camila asked Lauren.
"Yes, now get dressed."

The girls walked down the stairs of Camila and Ally's home. The sun was just at the edge of disappearing when the front door swung open. Lauren stepped back and Camila took notice of her jumpy state. The small brunet looked at her girlfriend worriedly.
"Are you okay?" Camila asked. Lauren eyes remained glued to the edge of the staircase waiting for whoever had entered the house to walk towards them. Foot steps began to near and Lauren immediately strapped behind Camilla, feeling as if Camila would protect her from all harm. The footsteps stopped, and suddenly everything went quiet. Camila found this odd and immediately began to mentally prepare herself for whatever was about to cross through the wall, prepared to attack if she needed to. A shadow began to appear at the edge of the hall ways and suddenly, began sprinting towards the two girls.
"Go to my room." Camila told Lauren. Lauren immediately began running up the stairs.
"Ah!" A scream made Lauren stop in her tracks and turn to look down the staircase. Ally stood wide eyed, right hand over her heart. "What the hell are you two doing?!" Ally frantically asked.
"What are you doing? What the hell was that for?" Camila asked. Lauren sat at the top of the stair case and tried controlling her heavy breath. Her chest began to hurt and everything around her began to spin. Lauren brought her left hand to the top of her head as she felt an immense pounding hit her. She let out a bone chilling scream, making the two other girls turn their heads to her.
"Lauren?" Camila instantly used her vampire speed to rush to her girlfriends side and as Ally began to run up the stairs.
Lauren's vision became blurred and the sounds around her became muffled.
"What's happening?!" Camila asked Ally, who ran down the stairs once again and through the front door. The streets lights began to light the road. Ally didn't bother checking for cars—the small witch ran across the road to the car Liam and Colton Sat on. Tears ran down Ally's cheek as she began to hit on the glass.
"What is going on?" Liam asked.
"Lauren-" without another word the prince and the werewolf rushed out of the car and towards the house. Colton ran through the door.
"Lauren?!" Colton's scared voice rung through the semi empty home. When no response came the werewolf began running towards the staircase. He stopped.
Camila's head was on top of Lauren's as a pool of blood came out through Lauren's ajar mouth.
