Different But Loved

Chapter 25.

My head hurted as I tried to look for light. I didn't even know where I was or how I got here but I was cold.

You know where you're at, don't act stupid.

I look around my surroundings but see nothing, it's pitch black. I was cold and my hands were tied painfully behind my back.

Who said that?

I did.

I look again to see who it was but than realize it's a voice in my head..

"H-hello?" I whisper hoping that no one could hear me but at the same time I wanted someone to answer me.

You don't remember?

"You're awake? Good." Someone said and I close my eyes when I see someone turn on the light.

"Hello Maya. My name is Darwin." He smiled at me. He has brown hair and green eyes. He is very handsome and really tall. The most handsome man in the word.

I looked at every part of his body, muscle could be seen. Especially with that tight green shirt. He cleared his thoart and smirked at me I blush as he caught me looking at him.

"Where am I?" I whisper, not making eye contact with him.

"Well my dear Maya, you are in my territory. My kingdom. I am the king of this formation." He paused and grabbed my chin softly.

"You are my wife." He said making my eyes widened. His eyes looked at me with so much adoration a small smile before it went all blank. He was beginning to walk away but stopped when he heard me.

"M-maya? Is that my name? How come I can't remember anything." I whisper but he could hear me.

He laughed before nodding his head 'yes'. I felt chills run down my spine.

"It worked." Was all he said before walking out.

"Please! Please don;t leaving me here!" I begged but he kept walking before the door slammed behind him.

I tried to take a deep breath before they push my head back underwater but it was hard. It was horrible, they kept laughing at me as I beg them to stop.

I dont know what I did wrong.

My body trembled. After they stop shocking me with electricity they dragged me here. I cried for them to stop but they didn't they didn't show me mercy.

My head was pulled out and I took the deepest breath of my life waiting for them to shove my head into the water they never did.  They just took a few steps back and I took this time to catch my breath.

"Take her to the last room." Someone said. I didn't know who it was since I have a blindfold on. A sob escaped me when I felt my clothes being taken off. I was cuffed against the wall as my hands where above my head.

Like a prisoner.

"Please." I barely say as I can't breath much.

"Don't you think that's enough?" Someone question. "She already has been through enough look at her old scar."

"Boss gave me orders that I will follow. Plus you shouldn't be giving a f*ck about her. You're the reason she is in here."

"Stop." I begged but it was like they couldn't hear me. I would try to yell for them to hear me but my throat was dry, that's until I felt a leather belt hit me on my upper shoulder.

This went for about an hour. My mouth was dry. With every hit they gave me they would repeat someones name I didnt even know.
