~ next week ~ In the morning I had to go and do my shoot so I told Caine to just tell the squad I had a doctors appointment. Negl, I was shitting myself I'm actually scared I'm gonna be on the cover of fashion magazine and so many people are gonna see it. Those are the type of magazines they have in the textiles room. Ahh this is gonna be crazy
When we got there, I met and greeted everyone and then we got straight to it. I went to get my makeup down first. It was mostly makeup to help with the lighting I got false lashes Winged eyeliner Smokey eyeshadow Fleeked eyebrows Burgundy lipstick And they straightened my hair and left it down with a middle parting
What I was wearing actually looked peng, it was a Riley contrast dress (featured below)

The picture gets cut off right before the dress ends. I took to the set and they just started snapping pictures of me. They turned a fan on so my hair would also start blowing. All my nerves went and I was just enjoying myself really.
After the shoot was done, we went to go look at all the pictures and I got to choose which one to use. I choose the one of me laughing and my hair was blowing. It actually looked really good if I say so myself. "Can I place a request?" I asked the director "Yh sure?" "Can this not be photoshopped? At all" He thought for a moment and then smiled "ofc, thank you for participating in this shoot. You did a really good job. The magazine will be in stores by the time you finish school" I smiled "thank you" I thanked everyone and then they left Anddd I got to keep the dress Mum took a few pictures of me so imma get her to send them to me and I'll upload them later I took a selfie and one with mum and then we went back home. Dad was out so I couldn't tell him about the shoot. I quickly had a shower, tying my hair up to make sure it stayed straight, creamed and got into my school uniform and mum dropped me to school.
~ after school ~ I was walking towards Kairo's hard holding his hand "Erm, can we go to the shop quickly?" "Yh sure" We walked into the shop and my eyes looked with the magazine and reality hit me and I realised the shoot was actually real. I picked it up and looked at it and Kairo came up behind me "No fucking way" I smiled and turned to face him "Raven when-" "This morning" I smiled looking away "Oh my days I'm so happy for you!!!" He smiled pulling me in for the biggest hug ever "Wow you this picture is beautiful. Wow, it's beautiful - you're beautiful" I smiled and looked down as my stomach filled with butterflies "thank you" I went to pay for the magazine and the cashier had to do a double take "Oh wow, congratulations" he said I smiled "thank you" "No need to pay, take it" "Ahh thank you so much" I smiled and then we left the store. Kairo started to snap "So guess who's on the cover of fashion magazine?" He questioned and put the camera on me. I started laughing and covered my face with the magazine Caption: 👀👀

I also posted all the pictures from earlier and posted them on Insta So many people started to pop up 😭 and I was working double time to try and reply to everyone. Mostly everyone was asking how I managed to get on the cover. So I had to make a series of snaps where I said "My parents are Aaliyah Richardson Riley, the model and Tyrell Gibson who played for Chelsea. My grandma is Samantha Richardson Riley the owner of 'Riley' itself. I modelled for them a few weeks back and then my mum got a call from fashion magazine saying they wanted me on their cover"
