Anaya's POV
I put on my underwear and then pulled one of Caine's tops over my head.
I brushed my hair and then out my hair up into a messy bun when there was knocking at my door.
"Come in"
"You alright Anaya?" My dad asked opening the door
"I'm fine." I replied coldly
"Good, want Suin to eat?"
"No thanks; Caine took me out to eat"
"Alright" and with that he left shutting the door behind him.
I sighed and slumped on my bed. He's literally acting like NOTHING has happened. And it's ALL his fucking fault aswell.

He treated my mum so badly 😔.
It was me who saw my mum crying.
It was me who saw my mum cutting.
It was me who saw my mums soul dying.
It was him who did that to her.
It was him that beat my mum up.
And it was him that made my mum hurt.
She hurt so badly.

I came home and my mum was dead in her bathroom. And he still showers and baths in the very same bathroom like nothing even happened.
I wiped my tears as my phone rang and Xavier was FaceTiming me.
I answered and left my phone on my bed
"Let me see your face"
I picked up my phone and he looked at me and sighed. I looked away
"Anaya; it's gonna be okay-"
"He's acting like nothing even happened😩😭"
"Ahh Ik Anaya; imma pick you up from school tomorrow yh? Get some rest alright?"
I sniffed and nodded
"Love you"
"Love you too"
*locked off*

Just as I was about to put my phone down it started to ring again.
I answered.
"hey Caine"
he looked at me and frowned making me look away.
"babe-"
I broke down in tears
"talk to me nay"
words can't describe how much I love when he calls me that...

Caine's POV
Ik she loves when I call her nay and I really wanna make her happy, she's going through a lot atm.
I spent the next 10-20minutes just listening to her talk to me and I could see that it made her feel better to get it all off her chest.
"thank you for listening to me Caine"
I smiled "np nay"
she smiled and looked away
"it's late b, get some sleep"
she nodded "night babe"
"night princess"

I sighed, Anaya's dad is fully acting like he didn't just lose his wife and the mother to his children and I can see how that's irritating Anaya.
She's hurting so badly and her dad can't even comfort her 😔🤕.
