Easter break was almost over and all of us wanted to go shopping for school. They wanted to look "Fresh" for school, "Guys, wake up??" I said shouting "Five more minutes" they all said in unison while groaning "Don't make me take the buckets of ice" I said while quietly laughing. All of them ran out of bed, Alex almost fell in the stairs "We're up, no need for ice" Abigail said while rubbing her eyes. "Babe you are not an easy person when it comes to shopping" Jake said while giving me a kiss on my forehead "I'm a girl do the math and you'll get used to it" I said winking at him "I made breakfast but eat fast we have to get ready to go" I said while putting a toast in my mouth "You were right Jake, she is not an easy person when it comes to shopping" Alex said while laughing "Again, do the math!!!" I said while being frustrated a little. We all finished eating and we were getting ready "Want to shower with me??" Jake said while grabbing my waist behind my back "I think I'm good" I said playfully push him away "You're going to have to shower with me one day, why not do it now?" He said biting his lip "I have so many reasons to not shower with you, so go now!" I said pushing him into the bathroom "One day Molly just one day" Jake said smirking at me "Well that day is obviously not today" I said smirking back at him.
All of us were done and we drove to the mall and when we got there we saw Katrina and she was with a guy we didn't know "Hey Katrina, I can see you've been busy during Easter break" Abigail said while smirking at her "Hey, guys meet Thomas, he's my boy--friend boy" Katrina said while looking awkward "Well nice to meet you Thomas and I'm glad you're Katrina's boy-- friend boy" Abigail said while laughing. "Nice to meet you man" Jake and Alex said together "What are you doing here Katrina??" I asked "Oh just shopping for school, you know I gotta look fresh" she said "There is that fresh again seriously I mean come on what's with the fresh" I said being frustrated. Jake took my hand and walked me by the fountain, I guess he wanted to speak to me privately "Babe, why are you so grumpy today?" Jake asked "Me grumpy oh please I have no idea what you're talking about" I said while turning my head "Baby, come on it's me you're talking to and I know you what's wrong??" Jake asked while slightly rubbing my cheek with his thumb.
"I'm sorry baby, I don't know what's going on with me, I woke up this morning and my mind wasn't happy or is it my heart?? See I don't even know what I want or what I'm thinking, I'm just lost" I said while tears running down my cheeks "maybe you need the day off, and just relax a little and fix whatever's going on in that beautiful mind of yours" Jake said while giving me a hug "I would love that but what about school shopping??" I asked while clearing my eyes "Just leave that to me okay baby I got you" Jake said while giving me a kiss. We walked back over to them "Hey guys, I'm taking Molly home she's not feeling well but I'm coming back" Jake said "Molly are you okay??" Katrina asked "I'm fine probably just tired" I said faking to smile "I can't leave you all alone Molly" Jake said looking worried "I'll be fi-" Alex cut me off "I'll stay with her and keep her company while you and Abigail shop for her" I was happy that I had friends like these and I never wanted to lose them.
"Thanks man, I owe you" Jake said while giving Alex a bro-hug "Bye Molly hope you feel better" Thomas said "Thanks Thomas and it was nice to meet you" I said while waving goodbye. Jake drove me and Alex home and Jake left after he made sure I was in bed resting. "Do you need anything?? Water? Snacks?" Alex asked "No thanks I just need some sleep" I said as I yawned "Okay sleep well Molly" I heard Alex said as I went to sleep. After a few hours of sleeping "AAAHHHH!!!!" I screamed "Molly what's wrong??"Alex said while he ran into my room "I had a terrible nightmare" I said while tears filling up my eyes "It's okay, I'm here I'm here shhhh" Alex said while sitting in the bed holding me. Alex calmed me down a little bit "You feeling better now??"Alex asked "yeah thanks for being here with me" I said "No problem that's what friends are for" Alex said then we looked into each other's eyes and we were about to kiss but we both pulled away "Ahem we should go get something to eat" Alex said while quickly getting up "Yeah we should do that" I said feeling awkward.
Alex P.O.V
What the heck was i thinking?? I mean I love Abigail and i couldn't do that to her and Molly loves Jake and she couldn't do that to him either so it was just an accident, thank God we didn't kiss that would of been much worse I need to talk to Molly and clear things up I mean she's my best friend and I don't want things to get awkward between us.
"Molly can I have a word??" Alex said while scratching his head "Sure Alex go ahead" I said "Sorry about earlier, I didn't mean fo-" I cut him off "it's okay Alex I know you didn't mean to and I'm sorry I didn't mean to either, things don't need to be complicated between us okay we're best friends and I like the way we were better" I said smiling "I do too so we cool?" Alex asked "We're cool, we always are" I said while giving him a fist bump. "Wanna watch a movie? I'm bored" I asked "Sure, what do you have in mind??" He asked "The suicide squad" I said while smiling "alright, alright, alright" Alex said while laughing. We made popcorn and took two cans of sodas and started the movie, it was a great movie but in the middle of the movie we both feel asleep and you won't believe how I slept on Alex.
