Chapter 13: New begginnings....again

*10 years later*
"Honey?? Wake up?? Or you'll be later for your first day of school" I said as I shook Oscar. "Mom, just five more minutes" he groaned. "Sweetheart, I'd love to give you five more minutes but it's time to get up" I said "No, I don't want to go to a new school" he groaned while pulling the sheets over his head "Guess you don't want to see Luna" I sing-song "Luna??" He asked excitedly causing me to laugh. Oscar had a crush on Luna and she was his best friend since they were little, "Yeah, you're moving to Luna's school" I said "Cool" he said while getting up "Where are you going??" I asked "Don't wanna be late for my first day of school mom" he said while entering the bathroom, my little boy is all grown up I thought.
I went back to my room to wake up my sleepy husband, he was already up and fixing the bed, "Good morning" I said as I hugged him "Good morning beautiful" he said while giving me a kiss. "Where were you??" He asked "I was waking up Oscar" I said "So is he excited for his new school??" He asked "He is beyond excited" I said while laughing "Why is that??" He asked laughing with me "Turns out that he's going to the same school as Luna" I said while wiggling my eyebrows "Ohhh, our little boy is all grown up" he said "That's what I said" I said smiling "Guess we can read each other's minds" he said laughing "I guess we can" I said as I kissed him passionately. "Ahem!!" Someone said and we turned to see Oscar staring at us, "If you guys don't mind, I'd like to get to school now" he said "Someone's eager to learn" I teased "You can say that" he said "Well sorry to burst your bubble honey but you have 30 minutes before school starts, might as well eat breakfast" I said "I wish time could go a little faster" he said "Don't we all??" I said and all of us went to the dining room.

I made breakfast and all of us sat at the table together and ate breakfast. After a few minutes, I took the dishes and put them in the sink, "Mom the bus is here!!" Oscar shouted, I quickly went to him so I can say goodbye "All right, bye baby I love you and I hope you have a great time at school" I said as I kissed him on the cheek "I love you too mom" he said, Jake and him did their little handshake "Bye dad, love you" he said "I love you too buddy" Jake said and Oscar ran out the door to his bus, I made sure he was on the bus and he waved goodbye. I entered back inside the house and a tear rolled down my cheek "Oh beautiful, what's wrong??" Jake asked "I'm just so proud of him" I said while clearing my eyes "Aw come here" Jake said as he engulfed me in a hug "We did good sweetheart" he whispered while planting a kiss on top of my head.

Oscar P.O.V
I entered the bus and this nice lady smiled at me, everyone was looking at me until I saw Luna, she waved at me and signaled me to come sit by her. I walked up to her and I gave her a hug, "I can't believe we're going to be in the same school" she said excitedly "Yeah, I'm really excited" I said nervously "Oscar, you don't have to be nervous, you're gonna have a great time there" she said while taking my hand, I blushed furiously and I smiled at her "Thanks" I whispered and she nodded.

Luna P.O.V
I have this huge crush on my best friend which is Oscar, when he entered my breath was taken away, he was wearing jeans with a blue shirt, and black sneakers, his hair was messy, I mean he looked so handsome and I think all the girls are gonna be over him. I liked him since I was little, but I don't think he feels the same way about me, he's probably gonna choose girls like Amy. Amy was the "Queen bee" of the whole school, every boy liked her and wanted to be with her, I just hope that Oscar doesn't fall for her because if he does I might lose him and it's the last thing I was to happen.

We arrived at the school and me and Oscar went to the office so he could get his schedule. He got his schedule from the office "We're in the same class" I said excitedly, I decided to give him a tour of the school since we had passes from the principal, after the tour, it was time to go to class. We entered the classroom and all eyes were on us, "Mrs. McDonald, we have a new student" I said and she smiled, "What's your name sweetie??" She asked "My name is Oscar" he replied shyly. "Well class we have a new student and his name is Oscar" Mrs. McDonald said and everyone said hi or waved. Some girls were giggling and waving at him, I rolled my eyes at the sight of them, "So Oscar, this is your first day, do you want anyone to guide you throughout the day??" She asked "Luna" he replied "Do you know her??" She asked while smiling "She's my best friend since I was little" he said causing me to blush and everyone turned their eyes to look at me. "Well then, since you already know Luna, I'm gonna assign your seat next to her" she said and he nodded. We went to our seats and Amy turned around and glared at me "Hey Oscar" she said while wavy a cutesy wave at him "Hi" he said "You can call me Amy" she said and he nodded, she turned around and I rolled my eyes, "You don't like her do you??" Oscar asked "Let's just say if she was choking and she needed water, and I had water, I'd definitely drink it" I said and we both laughed.
