We arrived at Abigail and Alex's house and all of us were gathered in the living room, "So mom, have you and dad ever had conflicts??" Oscar asked while looking at Luna. "Yes we did have a few, so are you guys ready to hear the story of one of my conflicts with Jake??" I asked "Yeah" they both replied, "Okay, well there was this girl that Jake dated a long time ago and he broke up with her. When he was dating me, the girl moved to my school but Jake had told me a little bit about her but I didn't really know her. So she was in my class, and she hated me and I mean hate, so Jake told me that everything was going to be okay so I said okay, I got into a physical fight with that girl, but Jake held me back as I was about to throw my last punch." I said laughing, "Yeah guys, she beat her up so bad, so I stopped her before she ended up killing her" Jake said laughing causing all of us to laugh, then I continued "So after my fight, I decided that I would break up with Jake and go live with my grandma, I didn't want to go but I had to because if I stayed Jake would have ended up getting hurt so I didn't want that so I left." I said while sighing. "That's it, no happily ever after??!?" Oscar asked "I don't believe in that, but I'm not done yet" I said and he nodded.
"After I arrived to my grandma's house, she ended up having a heart attack and I was forced to go to the hospital with her right away, after a few minutes Jake, aunt Abigail, and your dad Luna, came to the hospital, I was so happy to see them but my happiness was taken away from me" I said, "What happened aunt Molly??" Luna asked "My grandma had died" I said sadly, "Oh" Oscar said. "I cried and cried because she was very special to me" I said, "Where was my your mom, mom??" Oscar asked, "Well baby, my mom died when I was very young" I said sadly, "Oh I'm sorry" he said and I nodded. "What about you dad??" Luna asked "Okay Luna, sweetheart, stop asking questions" Abigail said knowing how sensitive I get to talk about the subject. I just smiled at Luna and holding back the tears, "I'll be right back guys" I said as I quickly went to the bathroom to ball my eyeballs out.
Jake P.O.V
"What about your dad??" Luna asked uh-oh I thought, Abigail stopped her from asking sensitive questions but Molly was already on the level of crying. "I'll be right back guys" she said and I can see she was holding back the tears, she quickly walked away and I know she went to the bathroom so she could cry. "I have to go check on Molly, I'll be right back" I said as I quickly went to the bathroom, I heard sobs coming from inside and I felt sad because she was my other half, and if she's sad then I'm sad "Beautiful?? May I come in??' I asked softly. "Yes" she replied while sniffling, I opened the door and I entered to find her with her head between her knees sobbing, I locked the door behind me and I sat down next to her. I wrapped my arms around her to calm her down, "Shh baby, it's okay love, let it out, let it all out, the anger, the sadness, the pain, let it all out on me" I said caressing her back. "It's not fair" she mumbled, "Life's not fair sweetheart, you don't always get what you want" I said "I hate for you to see me like this" she said while clearing her eyes. "I've seen worst" I teased and she glared at me, "I'm kidding, and you'll always be my beautiful wife" I said while planting a kiss on her forehead, "Beautiful, I think we should go help restore Oscar and Luna's friendship" I said and she nodded, we both got off the floor and we headed back to the living room.
Oscar P.O.V
"Mom, you okay??" I asked "Yeah, I'm okay baby and I'm also ready to talk about why you two are fighting" she said seriously. Luna looked at me and quickly looked away, "Well I apologized like a million times but she still wants to be mad at me" I said "Well I forgave you" Luna said, "Yeah but you can't forgive me and still be mad at me" I said "Yes I can" she said "No you can't" I replied, "Yes I can" she replied back, "No you ca-" my mom cut me off. "Okay already, why are you still mad at Oscar after he apologized like a millions times" she said while mimicking my tone and making Luna laugh, "I'm still mad at him because...." Luna said "because!??" We all asked "Just because" she sighed. "Well okay, you don't actually have a good reason but can you guys just go back to being best friends" aunt Abigail said "No we can't!!" Luna said, "Well why not??" I asked, "Because I said so and I'm not ready to be friends with you again if you're still going to leave me to go sit with Amy" she said angry. "I didn't go sit with her, she literally dragged me over to her table" I said, "Yeah right, you could have at least be a good best friend and say no to her" she said, "Well at least I'm not the one not telling my parents I'm getting bullied" I said and my mouth went shut because I realized what I just blurted out, "You said you wouldn't tell" Luna said softly with sadness in her eyes, she ran to her room and her mom called for her but she didn't come back, Oh God, what did I just do?? I thought.
