"Just one more chapter guys and we're done" I said while all of them were groaning and complaining "Guys be brave, we have to study hard to pass this test now come on and please stop complaining and open your books into chapter 5" I said while encouraging them. My friends don't like to study neither do I but I really want to pass this test and I want them to pass it too it counts 25% of our grades and they need to stop being lazy and start caring about their grades.
Jake P.O.V
I really like this girl and Alex keep asking me but I can't tell him because he's going to blurt it out to everyone I just know it and it's the last thing I want to do and I don't know if she likes me back or not. She's really pretty and I told her that she looks beautiful and when I saw her walked down the stairs I mean she was beautiful my eyes just lit up when I saw her, it's Molly and studying with her is a great way to get to know her and spend time with her, I already learned something about her I can tell she really likes school and she cares about us and our grades including her grades and I want to get to know her better and studying is just an excuse for that.
"And we're done, I'm proud of you guys you made it and we're going to kill this test tomorrow" I said still trying to encourage them "yay" all of them said while being sarcastic "Now who wants to watch a movie" I said excitedly "Finally something good came out of this studying session"Alex said while rolling his eyes "Which movie should we watch" Jake asked "umm how about The boy" said Abigail while making scary faces "Okay whatever" all of us replied to her. The movie was starting, Abigail already had put the popcorn in the microwave and she got us some sodas and two blankets. One for her and Alex and the other one was for me and Jake, we closed the lights and the movie started.
While the movie was playing Jake whispered to me "Can I have your number because when I want to study with you guys I can just call you to let you know" I was shocked a little because Jake was asking me for my number "Yeah sure there you go" I said while giving him my phone to copy the number "Thanks" He said while smiling at me. We were in the middle of the movie when I saw that Alex's arm was around Abigail, I was smiling a little because I was happy for her. I wish that happened between me and Jake though and suddenly my prayers were answered it was November going through December it was cold a little, we turned off the heat before we watch the movie because it was too hot inside, I was so cold, I was trembling and shaking Jake saw that and he asked me "Are you cold?" It was obvious really "A little" I said while shivering "Here take my jacket, you'll feel warmer" he said while taking his jacket off, it was a black leather jacket.
"Thank you, I owe you" I said while blushing, he wrapped his arms around me to make me feel warmer I was feeling butterflies in my stomach the minute he touched me. "You don't have to do that" I said while shivering "But I have to, you're shivering and you could get sick and it's the last thing I want to happen" He said while wrapping his arms tighter around me "Thanks for all your help and I still owe you one" I said while smiling at him and we both chuckled. When I woke up I saw Abigail sleeping on Alex's shoulders and I was on Jake's chest and his hands were still wrapped around me and the movie was done, I guess we must of fell asleep then I went back to sleeping on Jake's chest it was the best feeling in the world. I felt someone shaking me it was Abigail "Wake up sleeping beauties" she said while shaking me and Jake, When Jake woke up he saw me laying on his chest and his hands all wrapped up around me, he was blushing so hard and he woke me up by slightly brushing my cheek with his thumb "Morning Princess" he said while smiling "Morning my knight in shining armor" I said while turning red, "I have to go okay I'll see you later bye" he said while getting up "okay I'll see you in school" I said, wait I forgot something "Jake wait your jacket you forgot it" I said while running to catch him "No keep it as a gift from me to remember me by" he said "thanks" I said while waving goodbye.
