Chapter 31: Marrying and proposing

Abigail P.O.V
"I can't believe I'm getting married mom" I said "Me too, I'm going to have grandkids" Katie said. That's my mom's name Katie, I never talked about her because she was always traveling and I only lived with my sister Katrina but I moved to my own apartment with Alex and she just flew in because of my wedding. "I need a dress and bridesmaids and flower girl, maid of honor and everything" I said panicking "Come on breath, you remember that song I taught you when you used to panic" she asked "Of course I do mom" I said "Let's sing it" she said and we started singing.
Breath just breath
Come and rest at my feet
And be just be chaos calls

We took a deep breath together and exhale and I felt better "Now isn't that better??" she asked and the moment she said that it reminded me of the kidnapping and I faked a smile "Honey what's wrong??" She asked "Nothing" I said I never told my mom and my sister about the kidnapping and I would like it to stay that way "I'm your mom remember now tell me" she said and I sighed "I'm just worried about the wedding and becoming a wife or a mom" I said "Oh sweetie, you'll be fine and I've been there, it gets easier. I've given birth to two beautiful young ladies and I know you'll do the same" she said and I hugged her tightly "How about we go shopping for that wedding dress, on me??" She asked "Really?? You'd do that??" I asked "Anything for you" she said and I got ready to go shopping for my wedding dress.

Molly P.O.V
"I'll handle the bridesmaids and flower girl but the maid of honor you have to choose that one" I said to Abigail "Oh thank you Molly and we need to go buy a dress for the maid for honor let's go" she said "But I need to--" she cut me off "So you don't want a dress??" She asked while smiling "A dress? Wait... I'm the maid of honor??" I asked excitedly "Yes you're my maid of honor, congrats Molly" she said while pulling me into a hug "Let's go buy our dresses" she said and I got ready and we went shopping. We entered and we saw a lot of beautiful wedding dresses and Abigail got ready to try one on and she came out, it was a little too big and she didn't like it after she tried 4,5 dresses on she found the one and only "I love it, I feel like a bride in this dress" she said excitedly and Katie started crying "You look beautiful honey and I wish your father could see you right now" she said making Abigail cry "He does, I know he will walk me down the aisle in spirit" Abigail said. Abigail's dad died in a car accident and I know she misses him terribly and I know she will make a wonderful bride.

"Jake I need to ask you something man??" Alex asked "Sure man" Jake said "Will you be my best man??" Alex asked and Jake was surprised "All right man, I'm honored" he said while giving Alex a bro-hug. "You ready??" I asked Abigail "Yes I'm ready" she said "What are you ready for??" I asked "I'm ready to be Alex's wife" she said while smiling "And?" I said "And I'm ready to have a healthy marriage with him and to love, cherish, and treasure him and our future kids" she said confidently "Atta girl" I said and I hugged her while a tear rolled down my cheek "Molly what's wrong??" She asked "I can't believe you're getting married before me" I chuckled and she hugged me "I'm proud of you" I whispered "I know" she said and we both chuckled.

The wedding was tomorrow and we got everything ready and we all went to sleep early, I slept with Abigail and Alex with Jake because Abigail was getting ready in my apartment, we believed it was bad luck for the groom to see the bride before the wedding and the alarm woke us up and Abigail showered first and I went next. Katie came early to help us and I got dressed up and all the bridesmaids were wearing white and purple dresses. I got dressed up in my beautiful purple dress with silver designs and my silver diamond necklace and my beautiful silver high heels shoes and Abigail wore her beautiful white dress and her veil in form of a crown she was very beautiful, Katie wore a purple flower dress and the limo was waiting outside and we left to the church.
We arrived at the church and I saw Jake and he was wearing a black tux with white shirt and a purple bow tie and his hair was in his face he looked so handsome just standing there and he came over to the limo and he helped me out "Hey handsome" I said "Hey beautiful, you look wow" he said while pulling me into a kiss "I love your hair" I said while slowly touching it "I'm glad you like it" he said while kissing me in the cheek. "Shall we??" I asked "Let's shall" he said and we both laughed, we got inside and everyone lined up and me and Jake was before the bride and everyone went in and me and Jake entered and I was holding his arm and I saw Alex standing there smiling and sweating and I smiled and gave him a wink and he smiled back. The song started playing and Abigail came out and everyone gasped and Katie was walking down the aisle with her and she handed her to Alex and the priest began.

"Abigail do you take Alex to be your wedded husband??" He asked "I do" Abigail said "And Alex do you take---" Alex cut him off "I do" and everyone laughed "Okay, I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride" the priest said and as soon he said that Alex pulled Abigail into a kiss and they kissed passionately and everyone cheered. After the wedding was the reception and it was time for Jake to give his best-man speech and he started "I raise this glass to Alex, my best friend since day one and I can't believe he got married before me unbelievable, and I wish you all the best and I'm trying so hard not to cry right now man so I'm just going to stop, so good luck man, you and your wife Abigail thank you for all these amazing moments" he said while tearing up and Alex hugged him tightly and everyone clapped. "I have something else to say" Jake said and everyone turned to him "I want to say something to Molly" he said and my heart was beating uncontrollably and he made me get up and took both of my hands "Molly all these years I've spent with you were the most beautiful moments of
my life, the good ones and bad ones but I want you to be mines forever so" he said while getting down on one knee "Jake??" I asked "Molly Jasmine Monroe will you make me the happiest man in the galaxy by marrying me" he said while showing the beautiful ring and tears couldn't help but fall out of my eyes and I pulled him into a kiss "Is that a yes??" He asked "Yes, a hundred times yes" I said and he put the ring in my finger and I hugged him tightly "I love you" I whispered and he kissed me very passionately and everyone cheered "I'm getting married!!!!!!" I yelled and everyone clapped and cheered louder.
