I know you have those people, or have at least heard of them, and guess what; I have two of them in my gym class.
"We're going to play dodge ball today," Those words brighten up my day when it's supposed to be workout Wednesday.
The first girl is named Emily, who's the real problem.
When we got onto the dodge ball court, she was going to be the doctor (A.K.A. the person who got us back in when we were out, but if she got out then none of us could get back in)
"YES!!!!" That was the sound of the other team getting Emily out.
"NO!!!!!" That was the sound of our team realizing that Emily was out.
Then I got hit with a ball, so I sat down and relaxed. I was tired anyway so it didn't matter to me that much. The next thing I knew, Emily was running over to me and getting me back in the game.
The other team was complaining since she was in, and I was confused. She was out, right? I know she was hit by a ball
"You're out!"
"SIT DOWN!"
"Get back down!"
"What?!"
The other team was mad, frankly so was I. Even though it was my team, I don't like cheating, at all!
Well, we won the game, but the other team wasn't happy. And this is where the other girl comes in and her name is Darby.
"Did you see what Emily did? She so cheated!" Darby complained. "She can't do anything without cheating, she's so full of herself!"
I sighed and rolled my eyes, Darby is just plain out rude. One time when I was walking by her she elbowed me on accident. That wasn't what bothered me, it was that she didn't even say sorry; she just gave me a mean look.
Those people annoy me so much! Grrr.......
Oh well, since I'm stuck with them then I'll just have to deal with it.
AUTHORS NOTE:
Okay, I know it isn't the most original story idea but it did happen. So who is your Darby or Emily? Do you even have one?
