22: Jealousy

I walked out of my house today to see Jungkook and Kashi casually talking amongst themselves.

"Annyeonghaseyo." I broke their conversation.

"Areum!" Kashi said, coming to hug me. I blinked when I saw Jungkook. He came to walk me to school? He's sweet.

"Hello." he said simply.

We headed to the tree as we walked to school. I met up with BTG as usual, Jungkook going off to Bangtan.

"Areum!" I heard him say.

"Junho!" I hadn't talked to him in ages.

"How's the band?" he said, ruffling my hair.

"Awesome! These are my friends, Kashi, Anna, Hanna, Moon, Baek and Kunika." Junho smiled as he shook all their hands.

I'm happy Junho was a simple guy. He would never get into girls.

"Annyeong! And Areum, you need to meet my new friends too." I nodded as he dragged me off.

Wow. Junho's friends were- very, uhm, nerdy. Two of the had glasses, one had braces (I saw him smile at me), and the other three just looked like normal nerds.

"Oh- hiya." I said.

They all shyly mumbled 'hi's and 'hello's.

Junho made me see their dance practise. I hoped he wouldn't expect me to fangirl.

As they got into positions, I sat myself down in front of them, crossing my legs. We were in Studio F, they seemed to be one of the top groups with this one. It was a high-grade studio for sure.

Wow. I didn't expect- that. They're-

AWESOME! As soon as they started the two guys threw their glasses to the side, they had extraordinary dancing. They seemed to be more hip hop. Probably not as good as Bangtan, but amazing! I really didn't think they were this good. 

I clapped for them and praised them for their work before saying goodbye because I really wanted to tell Bangtan about their new rivals. And tell Jin about my new friend too!

As I opened the studio door to leave, I bumped into a tall figure.

Jungkook.

"Oh hello!" I say.

"Hiya. Let's go." he grabbed my wrist as he left the talented nerds staring.

"Jungkook, what's with the mood swings? Or should I call you Kookie?"

"Call me oppa. Who were they?" he was asking like he was a police officer or something.

"Wae? I'm not calling you oppa by the way. We're the same age."

"But I'm four months older. And because I want to know." we were walking quite swiftly and I started to doubt Jungkook was normal.

"Fine. Junho is my boyfriend." I said, grinning. I wanted to see how he'd react.

Jungkook stopped. He looked at me. 

"S-seriously?" 

"Yeah, why? You jealous?" I said, checking my nails casually. I was trying so hard not to laugh.

"N-no! Of course not." he said, and started to walk again, still grabbing my wrist.

I couldn't keep it in. I burst out laughing.

"Why are you laughing?" he said seriously but he looked adorable. 

"I was kidding! You're such a softie!" I was laughing so much I can't express it in words.

Jungkook let go of my wrist and walked off. Oh no. Too far?
