"And the winner between BTG and Shores is- Big Time!" And applause rose.

"YAY!" the girls said in chorus. The held up their hands in unison, holding each others. The boys walked off, heads looking to their feet.

They'd made it to the second round. But would they win?

~

"And BTG wins the second round!" the audience cheered for the excited girls.

"BTG takes the third!"

"Big Time wins once again!"

It was the final round. Big Time was one of the two who had arrived at the finals. This was it.

It wasn't about the funding. It was just the competitive monsters in their hearts, roaring for rivals.

"This is it guys. I mean girls." they all laughed.

"We can do this. Let's go!" Anna said.

"Big- Time- Yeoja!" they yelled in chorus as they all put their hands on top of each others and brought them out again.

The tension had risen to its maximum.

Would Big Time be able to handle the p?

They were against a year old band. They were quite the competition. The Ravens. The most dangerous girl band South Korea had seen in a while. The five young women were known for their bad-girl image. Arriving on stage with their hair tied back, crop tops, ripped jeans and shorts, and visible tattoos, they all roared to the crowd, receiving back enthusiastic screams from fans.

As they performed, everyone's mouths were left open. They were too good. Big Time Girls would have to try their absolute best to win.

Confident as ever, the Ravens walked off stage with an imaginary trophy in their hands.

"We can't beat them." Hanna said instantly.

"Yes we can! We just need need to believe in ourselves!" Baek said reassuringly.

"Cake 2016~" Moon joked.

"This isn't a time for jokes." Areum said. They all looked at her, hoping for a pep-talk or something.

"We need to try our best. Even if we don't win, we leave with our heads held high." Areum continued.

"That's the spirit." Kunika says, smiling.

The girls nod as they hold hands and walk onstage. They were wearing vibrant clothes, including colourful dresses and loose shirts with leggings. They completed the unique look with sneakers and open hair, some curled, some straight, and some wavy.

The two bands in the finals were quite different. It didn't matter now. All that did was their routines, which would wreck any day. The question was, who's was better?

~

"And, with the final performance in the Battle of the Bands 2016, here are- the Big Time Girls!" the cheering was really loud now, considering the fact it was the last performance of the year. It was quite an opportunity to end the biggest show in the school.

As the performance ended, the girls proudly chorused,

"Gomawo! We are Big- Time- Yeoja!" and bowed, with their heads held high, all seven of them remembering what Areum said as the Ravens came onstage for the results.

"That's it, folks! The 26th Battle of the Bands has come to an end! Now, judges, way me have the results?" The host said, looking hopefully at the three people in the centre-front of the hall.

Being handed the mic, the first said,

"Please pass these results to the host."

And in a matter of or a minute or so, the card with the winner lay in Kim Lee's hand. Being the respectful host she is, she called last year's winners, BTS, up to reveal the champions instead.

"May we have last year's winners, BTS up here please?" she asked, searching for the seven boys.

The boys waved as the audience cheered. Coming up on stage, Lee handed Namjoon the mic and the card.

"Thank you," he said, as Lee whispered instructions in his ear. As he peered at the card, he smiled.

"Now, whoever wins, congratulations, but the second placed girls, please do not be angry with these results. These must be fair, and we cannot plead with them. Anyways- the winner- of KPT's Annual Battle of the Bands, is-"
