Today, I was going home with all the girls after late practise. We all split up at one point or another, and so I was left on my own after ten minutes or so. We live quite far from each other.
As I was walking on an empty pavement, I saw a boy with earphones plugged in crossing a road. He wasn't that far away. He was wearing a hoodie so I couldn't see his face but I saw the wire of his earphones coming out to go back into his pockets.
I started running towards him. He was walking across the road with no idea a car was coming right towards him.
I ran as fast as I could.
I pushed him out of the way, only to see flashing lights and then.. darkness.

*Jungkook's POV*
I was going home listening to some of our new songs. I was wearing a hoodie so I wouldn't be able to be recognised by fangirls. Sasaeng safety you know?
Then when I was crossing the road I could see blinding lights in the corner of my eye and I was pushed out of the way. I held onto whoever had pushed me and fell out the way with them.
The car that nearly hit us was honking extremely loudly. I thought I saw someone coming out so I took the- girl?! A girl saved me? I couldn't see her face in the darkness so I just held her in my arms wedding style because she was unconscious and I couldn't drag her.
As I took her under a lamppost I realised-
Areum.
My.. enemy.. saved me.
I wonder if she knew who she saved. I really owe her. She- she saved my life.
