Hello! First off I just want to say i'm sooo sorry for not uploading in ages! I feel so bad. This chapter was meant to be published around Christmas time but unfortunately I never got to finish it as I have been very very busy, so just excuse the chirsmtassy feel when it's waay past that! oops!
Also the last time I was on Wattpad my story didn't have that many reads. I checked earlier and its gone up ot like 12K! I actually can't believe it! Thankyou so much for the reads and the votes! Means alot:)
From now on I am going to make myself upload quicker and not leave it so long which will be good. Anyways enjoy!

Wednesday had rolled around and I decided to pay my weekly visit to Bella. I must admit that I had been slacking a bit and missed many opportunities to see her.
Homework had piled up which left me extremely occupied. Quite ironic actually, seeing as I wouldn't be there forever and school work wasn't as important as finishing the case.
"Hello Maria!" Elizabeth's enthusiasm for my arrival didn't go unnoticed.
I grinned brightly. Sometimes it was like Elizabeth was a second mum. I could tell her anything and vice versa.
We exchanged pleasantry's as I waited for the clock to hit 4pm knowing that Bella wouldn't be done with her daily check-up until then.
"So have you got all your Christmas presents sorted?" Elizabeth asked politely.
My body froze.
"When's Christmas?" I asked slowly. Surely I couldn't be that out of it that I missed the countdown to Christmas.
Elizabeth's eyes glazed over with excitement only the Christmas spirit could give. "5 days!"
My stomach dropped.
"5 DAYS?!" My eyes must have been extremely wide. Had I been so busy I forgot about Christmas?
"b-b-but I haven't got any presents yet!"
Elizabeth looked confused. "I thought that's why you came to see Bella today. To give her a present?"
Oh god! My stomach sunk into the pits. How could I be so forgetful? Poor Bella must be expecting something.
I began to pace the hospital hallway, clutching my hair and muttering random words. What I actually said- I have no clue.
A deep husky voice startled me out from my mini panic attack. "Never knew you were this crazy Kingshot"
I spun on my heels and saw Stefan standing there in all his cocky glory.
Anger boiled inside me. I was about to retort back when I realized I had absolutely no time and I had to quickly get Bella a present.
I looked at the clock and saw I still had about 15 minutes. That should be enough time right?
I looked at Stefan pleadingly, making sure my bottom lip stuck out and my eyes slightly damp.
"Please could you help me find a Christmas present for Bella?"
His eyes grew wide in amazement. "You want to buy Bella a gift?"
"Well yeah, why wouldn't I?"
Stefan blinked quickly and shook his head. "It's just, nobody has really brought her a present before. Except from me of course."
I was about to ask about Stefan's mum when he quickly changed the subject.
"OK let's go!"
And we set off in a random direction to find Bella the perfect present.
