Chapter 19: something that Matters

November 11th 2015

Dan's POV

Me and Phil had just finished our stage your all over the UK and we were absolutely exhausted.
I dragged my suitcase through the hall huffing and puffing and flopped down onto my bed and sighed heavily.

I hadn't see Jess for about three weeks and I missed her so much. We called and texted each other at the time when we were apart, and I was seeing her tomorrow.

I loved doing our live show and meeting all of our fans but thank god it's over!!!

I rolled over and checked my phone seeing I had a message from Jess and I opened it up.

Hey Dan! I'm so glad you're back home now, I'm so excited to see you tomorrow I can't wait! Xxx

A smiled appeared on my face and I unlocked my phone and texted her back.

Hey Jess, I can't wait to see you either its been exhausting and I can't wait to see you and catch up. Xxx

I turned off my phone and Phil walked in and sat on the side of bed and sighed.
Plugged my phone into my charger and turned to Phil.

"What's up?" I said and he shrugged, "I don't know I just feel.......confused.
Ya know, and I just need someone talk to." He said pushing his glasses up his nose.

"Phil, you can talk to me about anything. Seriously, what's on your mind?" I asked and Phil turned around so he was facing me and sat crossed legged.

"I think we should do something special for the kids at the hospital." Phil suggested and my eyes widened.
"Like what?" I asked and he smiled.

"Well, some of these children won't make it to adulthood sadly. So why don't we, perform our live show to all the kids at the hospital?" He suggested and I grinned, thinking about it.

"Phil, that's a fantastic idea! But do you think they'll let us?" I asked and he nodded. "Jess knows everybody there if we talk to her and the staff. We could encourage them to let us perform for the kids!"

"I mean. I it wouldn't hurt to try." I said smiling and Phil smiled as he lifted up his hand to high five and I rolled my eyes but chuckled and slapped his hand.

We both laughed and I suddenly got a call from Jess and I answered it.

"Hey Jess, is everything ok?" I asked I heard her breath heavily, as if she was running.

"Dan! It's Isabelle I can't get her to stop and she won't stop screaming and kicking and crying an-"

"Woah woah woah! Hold on, calm down. Tell me what happened." I told her calmly and she exhaled over the phone.

"Isabelle's having a breakdown she refused to have medication and she's lying on the floor kicking and screaming and we tried to get her to stop but she won't! Can you please come down and help?! You might be able to talk some sense into her."
I looked over at Phil and he gave me a confused look.

"Yes of course! Don't worry we're on our way!" I told her and she sighed in relief.

"Thank you so much! I have to go I'll see you soon!" And she hung up.

"Isabelle, the little girl from the hospital is having a breakdown and Jess said we could help talk some sense into her, she won't stop screaming and rolling around on the floor. We have to go!" I told Phil and he nodded rapidly as we grabbed our shoes and jackets and ran out of the house towards the hospital.
