Chapter 15

      I followed Farris as he led me around the new location. It wasn't the library, instead it was a house. We walked out of the bedroom I had woken up from and he showed me each room.

      "We are staying in this room, there's a bathroom, but the water doesn't work. Well, it works sometimes. It's iffy, we're working on it. There's a closet full of clothes that would fit you. There's another bathroom down the hall and there's two rooms that we are saving for anyone you want."

      "We?"

      "You, Darren and I," he smiled, "but it'll only be you and me in the bedroom."

      I smiled and nodded as he showed me the rest of the house. There was a lot of canned food in the kitchen. Most of it was stolen from grocery stores but some of it was left here.

     Kai and Darren sat on one of the couches, Farris and I sat on the opposite couch.

     "Why do you guys keep smiling at me? It's weird."

     "You look so happy. And you just woke up," Darren smiled even bigger.

     "It's been a month and a half of looking at your motionless body, and seeing how well you are is amazing." Kai smiled his little half smile.

      "You're absolutely incredible," I heard a soft whisper next to me, "What else are you good at, Cami?"

     A shiver went down my spine when he said my name, it was so.. Sexual. He, in general, was so sexual. I bit my lip in thought and looked at him.

     "You can find out later," I whispered to him, "not right now."

      "So, are you two done, you know; whispering and being all cute?" Darren teased.

     "Shut up, Darren. Oh, what about Kale? How's that going?"

     "Oh. Uh. Classified?" He answered in more of a question.

     "Come on now, Darren. You're like my brothe- Did you screw her?"

     "N-no. Uh. Shut up."

     "You did, didn't you?!" I said dramatically.

     "I said, shut up."

     "Awe, come on, Darren. Be nice to your big sis! We've al- Almost all of us has done it."

     "Wait. Cam?" Farris asked interrupting my conversation with Darren.

    "What?" I asked, already knowing what he would ask.

    "The rest of us have. Wanna tell us something?"

     I leaned back and crossed my arms, "Nope. I'm not saying anything."

     "You haven't done it, have you?"

     "Shut up. It's not important."

      "Well, as your. Uh. Whatever I am. I find it quite important."

     "Can we just change the topic?"

      "Yes, let's talk about what's going to happen," Kai said, making eye contact with me.

     "Wait, what happened to Blu?"

     "She's dead. Kale killed her. But we have an even worse problem now."

      "What do you mean?"

      "Blu had a sibling, a brother that no one knew about. He plans on getting revenge. Currently the Westerners hate us more than usual."
