     "I can't leave her," a green eyed, tear stained man frowned up at the mismatched eyed man.

     "Farris you need to take care of yourself, Darren is here for her when you're not."

     "But what if I'm not here when she wakes up? I wanna be the first thing she sees."

     "Would you rather her wake up to you looking like a mess or you looking nice?"

     "I don't care, I wanna be the first thing. That's all that matters to me."

     "Farris, go freshen up. Please, it's been weeks since you left this room."

     "Whatever, I'll go take a fucking shower," Farris stood up from his seat planted next to Cameira's sleeping, comatose body. As he walked past Kai, he stopped him.

     "Wait," Kai whispered as he looked straight ahead at the bed.

     Farris slowly turned, before running back to the bed. He watched as hazel eyes opened, turned to him. He watched as a smile spread across her face.

      "Hey, long time no encounter," she smiled.

      "What is it that you do to me?" He whispered, before planting a small kiss on her forehead.

      "I'm the very best wizard of Pennsylvania and-."

      "I've put a trance over you," they both said at the same time, a large smile spreading across both their faces.

      She put a hand on his face, stroking his cheek. She noticed the bruises and scars that weren't there before.

      He noticed the worry etch into her face as she ran a finger over each scar, "There was a lot of drama while you were out. Most of them were from the battle."

     "How long was I out?"

     "About a month and a half. It's almost May."

     "Wow," She was entranced by Farris, she either didn't notice Kai and Darren or refused to notice them.

     "We've got a lot of catching up to do, don't we, Cami?"

      She nodded at the green eyed boy. She smiled over at the man who had become to be like a brother to her, and her mismatched eyed friend.
