chapter 12~ friends

~Nikki's p.o.v ~

Jaz has been spending quite alot of time with the boys, her and Niall have been going out for almost a month now. my dad took Natasha this morning,  we didn't say much just had a little conversion and he left. Jaz has been going on dates with Niall alot so I'm usually alone just like I always was, at least I get to talk to the other kids in the care home, I'm one of the oldest so the little ones look up to me, the age range is something between 2-17 It makes me sad how some parents just ditch their kids when they're so young so I like to make them feel like they have someone to talk to. My favourite kid is little Lillie she was left on the door step when she was 4 which was a year ago, I was already here, my current care worker-Ann usually left me to look after her,  she's 5 now and she's so cute, her parents haven't bothered to see her but I always tell her that they will come to visit one day. As for me, well I did spend time with the boys but not so much anymore.  Jaz isn't there so it's not the same, so I've gone back to my previous state of depression- which my therapist Stacy said was getting better until now- I've been trying to keep myself busy, I've read all the hunger games books again and a load of other books but I need to make a decision about the chemio therapy and right now all i need is a friend. where's Jaz when I need a friend the most. I wish u had someone to talk to but no one actually cares about me.

~Harry's p.o.v~

Nikki doesn't visit as often as she used to. Jaz and Niall are always out somewhere and I thought Jaz was her best friend. Right now nikki really needs someone to talk to but so I decided to get the address off Jaz and right now I'm on my way to her house. I arrive at a rather big house with big doors, I knock and the door is soon opened by a little girl "are you nikki's sister?" "kind of" "what do you mean?" "well since we live together we're like sisters but none of us kids in care actually have a family" she answered sadly. what? nikki isn't in a care home she seemed like a normal teen. And she does have family, she has Natasha and her dad. "is nikki in?" I need to talk to her "yeah but she's talking to her therapist. but you can just come in and wait" she smiled. I stepped in and looked around, it looked like a normal home but from what the little girl told me, it's not. "whats your name?" she asked while taking my hand in hers and leading me up the stairs "I'm Harry. what's your name?" I asked, I'm surprised at how talkative this girl is unlike Nikki she talks alot "I'm Lillie. This is Nikki's room. hang on"  she said the end of the sentence quietly while knocking on the door "um Nikki you have a visitor" "alright hang on. Stacy is it ok if you go now?" I heard her small voice ask from inside the room trying to sound as polite as possible "sure" someone answered, Stacy I suspect. Soon the lady walked past me smiling and nikki came to the door obviously surprised that I came to her house.

~Nikki's p.o.v ~

damnnnnnn he knows that I'm in a care home now what I'm I supposed to say?  "oh hey. yeah you know, everything you thought you knew about me? yeah it's most likely false" yeah that would work smoothly. Why the hell is he even here?
