me and liam are really good friends and right now we're eating pizza on my hospital bed "can I ask you a question?" liam asked suddenly "shoot" I smiled "well since we're really close and get along really well and I've had a massive crush on you since the first day.... I was wondering if you would be my girlfriend?" he asked shyly . I'm not sure if my feelings for liam are more than friendly ones and I don't want to risk our friendship "I'm sorry liam but I don't want to ruin our friendship" he looks hurt for a moment but then looks up at me with a small smile "it's Harry isn't it? You like him and I'm just your pathetic friend who will always be there for you through every heartbreak and help you whenever you need me but I'll only ever be a friend and I'll do those things because I love you alright! I said it! I love you and I'll always be there but you'll never care because I'm just a friend! " he said, his eyes brimming with tears "liam it's not like that! I need you just as much as I need him and I can't choose between you!" I said with tears streaming down my face. His face seemed to soften when he saw me crying "please don't cry. I didn't mean to make you upset but I love you and I know you don't love me back but don't worry I'll get out of the way and let you guys be together. I'll do anything to make you happy" he whispered in my ear while I calmed down "thank you liam" I hugged him tight like I'd never let him go. I guess I can't have both of them as boyfriends but I will always have both by my side.
