The woman nodded, and laughed lightly. "Eat, drink and rest. That's what you need right now." She moved towards the door, but hesitated. "I'm Edna by the way. I'm the pack doctor, but I help out around here as well."

Akira nodded, "I'm Ak-" She cut me off suddenly with a wave of her hand and a knowing smile on her face. "I know very well who you are, Akira. Now eat, drink and sleep. I'm sure you've been through more than enough these last few days." She said gently.

A lump formed in Akira's throat, preventing her from talking so she simply nodded. Edna smiled softly, "call if you need anything." She said before she left the room, leaving me even more confused as to how she knows me and even more alone. Shrugging it off, Akira quickly changed into the cloths or well shirt that she was provided with. She sniffed it, and her body tightened. Blaynes scent? Akira blushed all the way down to her toes as she realized that she was wearing the Alpha's shirt. Quickly shaking away the images, she climbed into bed to tired for the food and was out quicker than her eye lids shut.

Blayne let out a sigh of relief at having Akira here in the pack house with him, where he could watch her and keep her close. A knock on his door brought him out of his relaxing state. "Come." Blayne said calmly. When the door opened, Thomas walked inside and shut the door behind him. His face was showing obvious relief, "I heard that Akira is here." Blayne nodded. "Thank goddess."

Blayne nodded again, "I understand. I feared the worst."

Thomas stood there awkwardly for a moment. "Blay are you going to tell Akira?" It didn't take Blayne long to figure out what Thomas was talking about. But, instead of answering he changed the subject.

"Akira ran here because William told her to. Incase something happened to him." Blayne paused. "Make sure everyone knows that they should keep their eyes open. I expect the Red pack to try and come for her."

Thomas nodded, "friendly advice. Don't wait too long." With that he turned and left the room, leaving Blayne to think about what he'd said. Blayne didn't get to think long before another knock tore him from what Thomas had left him with. "Come in."

Edna appeared from behind the door. "I took her the food." Blayne nodded, satisfied. "Alpha that poor girl didn't even touch it. She was so tired, I went to check on her before my shift ended and she was passed smooth out." Edna was a sweet old woman, she cared for Blayne like she was his own mother.

"I see. Don't worry I'm sure she'll eat tomorrow. She needed the rest, I'm sure." Blayne said soothingly. "Go, rest before you fall over on your feet." Blayne gave her a pointed look, and Edna chuckled, nodding. "Good Night Alpha."

When Blayne was finally alone, he leaned back in his chair and it didn't take long before sleep claimed him.

When Blayne woke next he decided that he, himself would check on Akira. Walking to her room, he stood outside knocking and waiting for an answer. He was a bit unsure of what he should say or what he should even do. Should he tell her or should he wait?

Akira wasn't sure what to do, does she go down stairs or does she wait? A knock at the door brought her from her debate. "Come in." Akira watched as Blayne walked into the room, his mere presence seemed to make the large room so much smaller. She couldn't help but look at him, he had to be hands down the sexiest, most handsome man she'd ever laid her eyes on.

He was what her pack females would call 'eye candy.' But, he was trouble for her peace of mind, of that she was sure.

Blayne hid his amusement as he watched Akira run her eyes over him, but he also had ran his over her. His eyes traveled from her small feet up her tanned, long legs. His shirt stopped mid thigh, and he now wished it was a bit smaller on her.

Because his shirt seemed to swallow her whole he moved onto her face, she had a beautiful heart shaped face, full pink lips. Her lips alone filled his mind with images of him tasting them, biting them, and just plain teasing them. He shook his head, clearing the thoughts. When his eyes moved further up, he could literally lose himself in her deep green eyes, her lips were now tilted in a small smirk.

"Did you need to speak to me, Alpha?" Akira asked. Silently jumping up and down in excitement that she didn't stutter.

Blayne's smirk widened. "Yes, I wanted to see how you was doing. But, also to let you know that breakfast is ready. I know you didn't eat last night and possibly not even the night or day before. So I'm sure you hungry." He seemed to just remember something as he added, "your uncle has been informed that you are here and will remain here until the threat is taken care of."

Akira sighed in relief, "thank you Alpha." Akira watched a frown claim his face and wondered why and what had cause him to frown suddenly.

"Call me Blayne." He said suddenly, almost blurting it at her. Akira looked at him, shocked but more so she was suddenly a bit shy.
