Akira woke slowly, instantly noticing an ache in her neck. She took a moment trying to figure out why she would be aching. Then suddenly the memories of her night with Blayne flashed through her mind and she couldn't stop herself from blushing. She began to sit up, wincing slightly when she felt a small ache between her legs. She stopped when she felt something laying across her waist.

She lifted the covers and seen a tanned arm hanging loosely there. Akira turned, following the arm and blushed even darker when she seen that Blayne was not only still in bed with her but naked as well. Akira's body heated automatically remembering all of what had happened between them. Her breathing quickened as she felt the familiar excitement shoot through her, and then suddenly stopped breathing all together when Blayne's arm suddenly tightened around her waist, pulling her back into the warmth of his chest.

Blayne woke to the scent of his mate's arousal and couldn't resist it. He pulled Akira back to him and buried his head in her neck, smelling her sweetness. He nuzzled at the mark he'd given her the night before and nipped lightly when he heard Akira moan softly.

Akira wanted nothing more than to repeat the feelings she'd had last night but the growling of her stomach reminded her on why she had wanted to get out of bed to begin with. "Blayne-" Akira began gasping in shock and pleasure when Blayne sucked at what she remembered was her new mark. "Blayne I want to eat. I'm hungry." Akira whined, unable to pull away from him.

Blayne chuckled groggily, and Akira clenched her thighs together at the sound. She couldn't understand how just his laugh made her horny but she knew she had to eat. She peeked over her shoulder and seen Blayne staring at her with a soft smile. God how can he look so hot in the morning? Akira sighed then watched as Blaynes smile morphed into a smirk. "You think I'm hot?" Blayne asked cockily.

Akira blushed brightly as she realized she'd said that out loud. "I- uh.." Akira cleared her throat. "Food?" She asked hoping to turn the conversation to something else.

Blayne nodded, leaned forward and kissed Akira's cheek. Then pulled the covers away from himself and stood up. Akira couldn't look away no matter how hard she tried.

Blayne was as naked as the day he was born and Akira couldn't help but admire the way his ass tightened as he walked to the bathroom. Akira pouted slightly when he disappeared inside and when she heard the shower turn on. Akira sighed laying her head back down on the bed for a moment, then jumped slightly when she suddenly heard his voice in her head. If you don't want me to come back and attack you, you should remember that we're now connected through our minds. I can hear what you think love. Akira's mouth gapped open as she remembered that small detail.

Akira turned to her side and looked at her window. She wished her papa was here, she wondered what would have happened if he were still with her. Would she be here with Blayne? Would Blayne come for her if she wasn't?

Akira closed her eyes, when the next thing she knew she was wrapped in Blayne's arms. "I would have come for you Akira. Whether you knew it or not I wanted you. I always have."

Akira nodded slowly, wanting more than anything for that to be true. So right then she decided she wouldn't fight him anymore, she'd trust him and hope that everything would work out as it was supposed to. She wanted her mate, and now he was here holding her. "I miss my papa.." Akira admitted.

Blayne sighed, and rubbed her hair. "I know you do love, but your not alone. I'm here with you now and I always will be. You'll never be alone again." Akira nodded against Blayne's chest. Her eyes widened and she jerked away from him looking down. She stared at his naked chest which still had water drops going down. She bit her lip and pushed him away.

"Get dressed or I'll never get anything to eat!" Akira teased slightly meaning it. She watched as Blayne stood up with nothing but a towel wrapped around him and laughed as he disappeared into his closet. Akira jumped out of the bed and ran to the bathroom, remembering her new mark. She wanted to see it. Once she was in the bathroom she tip toed and pulled her hair away from her neck and stared at the mark. It was beautiful. It was a somewhat tribal design of a wolf print, which had Blayne's name curving around it in cursive.

Blayne walked into the bathroom and admired the sight in front of him, he didn't know if Akira realized that she was still naked but he obviously didn't mind nor was he going to point it out to her. He smiled as she ran her fingers over the mark he'd given her and shiver.

"Its beautiful." Blayne whispered and smiled when Akira turned and smiled at him nodding her agreement. "I'm going to go work, but I'll make sure that you have food brought to you. For now, you should take a warm bath it will help with the ache." Blayne watched the blush rise to Akira's cheek and smiled, moved forward and pulled her into his arms. "I'll be back later. But if you need me you can just link me and I'll come."

Akira nodded. "Okay. I'm sure I'll be fine don't worry." Blayne nodded and captured Akira's lips in a gentle kiss. When Blayne pulled away he gave her one last peck before leaving the room. Akira sighed and moved to the tub.

Blayne left Akira to her privacy and headed to his office where he told Thomas to wait for him. When he walked in he wasn't surprised to see Thomas sitting. Blayne moved around his desk and sat down.

Thomas sighed and got straight to the point. "So it seems that this 'pack' is getting closer and closer to our land. I don't understand how, but the trackers said they've seen unfamiliar prints."

Blayne leaned back in his chair, and sighed. "I think someone may be helping them. I don't know who yet, but when I figure out who it is I'll make sure they beg for death."

Thomas and Blayne were quiet for a while until Thomas suddenly whispered, "Vivian."

Blayne raised his brow in question, curious. He had also been thinking it could be Vivian. "Why do you think its her?"

Thomas shrugged, "she has a thing for you and for what you can bring her being Alpha. Also the confrontation with Akira still has me on edge."

Blayne nodded, remembering his own confrontation with Vivian and what she had said. "I was honestly thinking the same. Trail her, and don't let her out of your sight. But Thomas, remember don't let her know that your watching her and I want you to report to me daily on who she's with, who she see's, also where she goes."

Thomas nodded, "I understand Blayne don't worry." Thomas stood, bowed slightly and left the room.

Blayne sighed and rubbed his face with his hands. If there really is a traitor in the pack this was going to become more serious than he had originally thought. Would Vivian really betray him, the pack? Just the thought alone had Blayne growling in agitation. Blayne lifted his head when he heard a soft knock on the door. "Come."

Blayne watched Edna walk in and smiled. "Alpha." Edna said in respect and bowed her head. Blayne smiled and motioned to the seat Thomas had previously sat in.

"What's the occasion Edna?" Blayne asked curious.

Edna smiled, "I heard that you've now claimed Akira as your mate. Is that true?" Edna had never been one to beat around the bush and it didn't surprise Blayne that she'd ask such a personal question.

Blayne nodded. "Yes its true." Just the thought of it being true, made Blayne's heart quicken with happiness.

Edna clapped her hands together, "good! I am happy for you and for young Akira. We must celebrate under the moon so that she may introduce herself to the pack as the Luna."
