Chapter 24 – Hannah’s POV
‘Oppa gangnam style!’ blasted through my headphones. I was currently trying to sort out my wardrobe because I had nothing to do, and I was listening to music through my headphones considering I lost my iHome. Soon enough though, a familiar tune started playing, one that reminded me of him. Why do I still have this song? I don’t know, but as the tune of ‘Behind These Hazel Eyes’ by Kelly Clarkson continues to play, I couldn’t stop myself from singing along.
... But you won't get to see the tears I cry
Behind these hazel eyes ... I finished off the song.I opened my eyes to see both Nate and Noah standing there, arms crossed against their chest with a concerned expression on their face. I wonder how long they’ve been standing there?I turned around and wiped my tears, I wouldn’t let anyone see me this weak. I took a deep breath and turned around and gave them a smile. Nate came up to me and wiped a single stray tear off my face and gave me a hug. I was shocked by the movement but wrapped my arms around his waist just as tight. I’m glad he didn’t question me or anything.
“It’ll all be okay cupcake” Noah joined in our hug and Nate broke off with a disgusted expression on his face.
“Dude your dick was against my arse” Nate shuddered.
“You know you love me” Noah winked.
“Are you sure you’re not gay?” I joked.
“I’m not, I don’t know about this one though” He gestured towards Noah.
“Hey! This one has a name you know” Noah protested. I walked up to him and gave him a hug.
“Aww, don’t worry I’ve always wanted a gay best friend” I giggled. Nate rolled his eyes but I saw Noah stick his tongue out at him
“Replaced your best friend already Hannah? I see how it is” A deep voice came from the doorway. I broke away to see Kyle standing there and a huge grin broke out on my face. I ran and gave him a massive hug with my arms around his neck and my legs around his waist and pecked his cheek. He chuckled and hugged me back.
“I missed you” I yelled not letting go of him.
“I missed you too babe now get off me” He chuckled. I didn’t let go.
“Still stubborn I see”
“You’re still blunt” I retorted and hopped down from his waist.
Nate looked Kyle up and down, probably seeing if he was some sort of threat. Kyle was quite muscular at the height of 6 feet. He had black hair that always had the messy look to it with dark brown eyes. He had a six-pack and v-lines. Don’t judge me, I’ve been best friends with him for years now, I feel no shame in checking him out.
“Hannah, mind introducing us to your boyfriend?” Noah looked at me expectantly. I shifted my gaze towards Nate and his fists were clenched and he was angry, it almost seemed like he was jealous. Oh my, that’s not possible. I looked towards Kyle and he looked towards me and we both burst out laughing.
“What’s so funny Hannah? You were texting him the whole time you’ve been here, so go on introduce us” Nate spoke in a sharp tone. I flinched back involuntarily, that was the tone he used when he-
My thoughts were interrupted by Kyle’s arm rubbing down my back. He was calming me down, he’s the only one that knew what happened and I intend to keep it that way. I breathed in and out until I was calm. Nate was looking at me with a confused expression but I kept my face blank.
“Why were you guys laughing anyways?” Noah asked.
“Nothing” I smiled.
“What?” Nate looked puzzled. I bit my lip trying to not burst out in laughter.
