Chapter 45- Hannah’s POV
“Wakey wakey.” A soft voice spoke in my ear waking me up from my slumber.
“What time is it?” I groaned while I rubbed my eyes.
“It’s time to get up!” Nate grinned.
“Why the hell are you so cheery in the morning?” I asked as I sat up and pecked Nate on the lips.
“Because we’re going out somewhere.” Nate cheered. I smiled seeing his adorable grin. As cheesy as it sounds but his smile has the power to make me smile.
“Why do I always find out like 10 minutes before when you decide we’re going out?” I asked sticking my tongue out at him as I gathered my clothes.
“Because I like surprising you.” Nate answered putting his arms on my waist and pulling me closer, just as he was about to put his lips on mine I pulled away and shoved him.
“Don’t kiss me, I have morning breath.” I moaned.
“Do you really think I care? I’ve dealt with your bad breath for quite a while now.” Nate stated.
“HEY! I don’t have bad breath!” I defended myself as I furrowed my eyebrows.
“Of course you don’t.” Nate sarcastically said.
“No I don’t!” I widened my eyes and stomped my feet like a little kid.
“But you’re the one that didn’t kiss me because YOU said that YOU have bad breath.” Nate teased.
“Yeh but I don’t normally have bad breath. I only have bad breath now because I just woke up and haven’t had the chance to brush my teeth.” I explained myself making Nate break into laughter. “Hey, what’s so funny?” I asked.
“I was just teasing you Hannah, you don’t have bad breath. Oh it’s so fun to rile you up.” Nate continued to laugh.
“Stop being mean to me.” I threw a pillow at him. I heard his laughter increase as I jumped into the shower. I did my usual routine and then got dressed in a white crop top that has a smiley face on it. I wore my blue denim shorts with it. I found my blue studs in the small cabinet that is in the bathroom so I put those along with a bracelet. I wore my brown laced boots to finish the outfit. I then wore my daily makeup.
I stepped out of the bathroom after I looked over myself and was happy with my appearance.
“You took your sweet time.” Nate sarcastically sighed as he walked over to me and kissed me on the lips. I instantly replied with moving my lips against his. We carried on for another few seconds and then I pulled away slowly.
“It takes time to look this gorgeous.” I pouted as I went into a retarded pose.
“Stunning.” Nate chuckled as he kissed my nose.
“Anyway, where are we going?” I asked.
“To the zoo.” Nate replied making me grin instantly. I love the zoo. The last time I went was when I was 13.
“Oh my God, I love the zoo! I haven’t been there for so long! Thank you so so much Nate.” I pulled him into an embrace which he gratefully returned.
“Chop chop, we don’t want to be late and did I tell you that you look gorgeous?” Nate gave me a cheeky grin.
“No you didn’t but thank you, you look quite handsome yourself.” I returned the compliment. He did look gorgeous. He was wearing a blue polo which made his eyes stand out with some chinos. He was also wearing a beanie which suited him quite well.
