Chapter 41- Hannah’s POV (2 weeks later)
Today’s the day. Today is the fashion show.
Am I scared? Hell yes.
Why? Because Jasmine is sick, she’s been sneezing and coughing for the past week. She says she’ll be able to do it and she won’t back out but I don’t think she’s fit to do it. I’m going to meet her in a few hours to see how she’s feeling. I have no clue what the hell I’m going to do if she can’t do it. The dress looks gorgeous on her. I finished the dress 2 days ago and when she tried it on, she fell in love with it.
Today is the last day of University for this semester. Everyone is ecstatic but not me. I can’t help but worry about the project. Today is one of the very few days I woke up before my alarm. This barely ever happens.
Nate tried calming me down when we were talking on the phone last night but he eventually he quietened down and all I could hear was his snores. We’ve been spending a lot of time together lately. We’ve been on multiple dates and he took me on the motorcycle again. It was wicked.
The best thing about these two weeks has been that Craig hasn’t contacted me at all. I always feel paranoid that some is watching me but whenever I turn around, no one is there. I can’t help but think that maybe Craig is planning something. I really hope he isn’t. Nate still doesn’t know about the text from Craig. I know he’ll start thinking of a plan which will only get him hurt. He’s underestimating Craig. Craig has escaped from the police more than once, I’m sure he can do it again. He has connections with the people there which is why he’s always let off.
“HAAAAANNNAHHH!” I heard Nate shout running inside the room with his arms in the air.
“You need mental help” was my loving reply. I also made a repulsive face to add an extra affect.
“Aw, here I was thinking about apologising for falling asleep last night on the phone.” Nate stuck his tongue out at me and narrowed his eyes at me.
“Well you’re forgiven.” I gave him a cheeky grin.
“Hey, I said I was going to apologise. I haven’t apologised yet.” Nate stated as he placed his hands on my waist, pulling me closer to him.
“Well, I forgive you so you don’t need to apologise at all.” I smiled as I put my hand around his neck and pulled him closer to me. His lips pressed against mine and I responded immediately. Our lips moved against each other in sync. I was running my hands through his neck while he had his hands under my shirt on my tummy when our tongues collided.
“EWWW, GUYS! I DO NOT WANT TO WAKE UP TO THAT!” Cassie shouted covering her eyes making me jump away from Nate. Woops, forgot she was also in the room.
“Well, I suggest you look away in 3, 2, and 1.” Nate informed her as he grabbed onto my waist again and placed his lips on mine. I couldn’t help but smile into the kiss.
“EWWW GUYSS!” Cassie groaned.
“Hey, you can’t say I didn’t warn you.” Nate smirked pulling away from me. Cassie just scoffed and went into the bathroom to have a shower. I’ve already had my shower and had my breakfast. I was up at 6am today and got hungry so I just ate cereal.
“Now that she’s gone, we can get back to where we were.” Nate bit his lip and it took everything in me to not grab him and crash my lips on his.
“Nope, I need to get ready and check on how Jasmine is doing, and then we have to put on her makeup and jewellery. Oh I forgot about the hair, we also have to do the hair. Oh my God, there is no time to waste I have to get g-“ my mouth was covered my Nate staring at me with wide eyes.
