Maura woke up with Jane's arm around her.
"Hi." Maura smiled at the solider. "Morning." Jane said kissing Maura's forehead.
"Jane, we need to talk." Maura said. "Yeah, we do."
"Jane, I wanna be yours." Jane was afraid of hearing that. Especially since she would be leaving.
"I do too...Maur, I got some bad news yesterday." Jane moved hair out of Maura's eyes.
"Jane, did you sleep at all last night?" "Maura, they're going to deploy me sometime within the next year."
Maura froze.
"It wasn't my choice. I am so sorry." Jane sat up and turned her back against Maura.
Maura crawled over to her soldier and wrapped her arms around Jane.
"I'm not mad. I'm terrified to lose you."
"Marry me?" Jane turned around.
"What?" "Maura Isles, will you marry me before I back to Afghanistan?"
Maura began to cry, "Yes."
Jane kissed the doctor on the lips.
