Optimus stood on the roof of the base, looking up at the stars above him. His optics moving fro star to star searching for a certain star. They finally landed on the brightest star, your star.
He sighed, closing his optics trying to keep his tears in. "Y/n, everyone misses you. But, I miss you the most. I wish that I had noticed your pain sooner. I wish that I had been there to keep you happy... I wish that I could of saved you." He choked out trying to keep the tears that were threatening to fall.
Optimus looked back up at your star, tears welling up in his optics. "I miss your smile. I miss your laugh. I miss everything about you." He whispered.
"But there is one thing...That I wish that I had told you sooner... I love you Y/n. I loved you ever since I first laid my optics on you... I hope that you can hear me." He muttered and turned to leave but stopped when a small hand touched his leg.
He looked down, his optics widened as he looked down to see you. "Y/n." He gasped, falling down to his knees, tears dripping down his cheek plates.
"Hello Optimus." You said, smiling at the Prime. "H-How?" Optimus asked, shocked and confused. You smiled. "I was allowed to see you last time. I came to tell you something. But first can you lean down?" You replied to him.
He nodded and leaned down close to your level. You smiled and stood on your tip toes, pressing your lips to his. Kissing him, his optics widened and then closed. You separated from the kiss, tears streaming down you cheeks, as you slowly faded away. "I love you Optimus." You whispered to him before you disappeared.
Optimus stayed there, not moving. He stared at were you once were. He couldn't hold the tears back anymore, tears streamed down his face uncontrollably. "I-I love you too Y/n." Optimus sobbed out as he looked up at your star as it glowed brightly.
