"Since I was born! I'm surprised I haven't seen your family around, really." Jimin smiled widely, pulling out a seat.

Allowing his eyes to wander around the vast kitchen - and realising just how spacious it was - he tried his hardest to hide his shock. It wasn't that he found it hard to believe that Yoongi was wealthy, but more so that he had never set foot in such a luxurious home before; all he had ever known was the practically cupboard-sized space in which he lived, which was far from glamorous. Here, everything in view was almost glittering with cleanliness, and to Jimin, it was breathtaking.

"Ah, that's nice sweetie, but after all, there are a million and one old ladies like me around Busan!" Yoongi's grandmother remarked playfully.

Reaching upward to collect some glasses, she winced slightly in discomfort. Jimin instantly lept up from his chair and to her aid.

"Aish, you don't look a day over thirty!" He laughed, delicately taking the glasses from her hands and placing them on the counter.

"Haha, this one's a keeper! Yoongi, why don't you show your boyfriend around while I fix up the drinks?" She suggested.

It was only then that Jimin realised: Yoongi had been frozen in the same position since they had entered the room. Awakened by his Grandmother's voice, he too stood up from his seat, still looking slightly bewildered.

"Uhh...okay, this way Jimin-ah..." He stuttered, barely being able to hear himself as he heaved himself into the hall.

Jimin sheepishly followed behind, being sure to flash Mrs Min another toothy grin as he left. Realising that Yoongi was already half way up the stairs, he rushed over as quickly as he could. As the boy turned to face him, he couldn't help but observe the sudden change in his stance. With a clenched jaw and shoulders broader than before, it wasn't hard to tell that Yoongi was angry.

However, as his scowl transformed into a smile, Jimin quickly grasped that this was not really the case.

"What do you think you're doing, idiot?" He snapped, half seriously.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to shock you-" Jimin teased, reaching forward to squeeze the older boy's waist, "don't you want me to be your boyfriend?"

"Well, yes...but that's besides the point!" Yoongi shook him away, fighting a giggle.

"What do you mean?" Jimin questioned.

"We haven't even kissed yet and I'm already being forced to lead you to my room!" He exclaimed, having to catch his breath.

Recalling what he had said, he flung a regretful hand over his mouth.

"Wait, that's what you're worried about?" Jimin raised an eyebrow, calmly removing the hand from its place.

"No...I mean..." Yoongi began, barely being able to form a sentence as he watched the boy lean in closer.

Was Jimin about to kiss him? No, of course he wouldn't. His eyes locked to the smirking boy before him, he felt his cheeks beginning to burn, and in a surge of panic, he slammed his eyes shut.

Before he knew it, it hit him. Jimin's lips were surprisingly cold, but soft. He moved slowly, but in perfect time. His nerves seemed like a distant memory; they must have melted into nothingness the second they touched. There was an overwhelming warmth to his touch, and he never wanted it to end. He was kissing Jimin, Jimin was kissing him back, and it felt like a dream. For a moment, he could have sworn that the world stood still, but as he felt the gentle brush of a thumb across his cheek, he was brought back to his senses.

"See, that could have easily been changed." Jimin chuckled.
