"Are you sure you don't need help to carry anything, Mrs. Min?" Jimin asked for the third time, clearly concerned for the frail lady.
"Ah Jimin, it's really alright. I have a strong pair of hands with me already!" She smiled, endearingly squeezing the arm of her husband. The silver-haired man blushed slightly in response, barely visible behind the amount of things he was holding.
The group had been strolling around the market for around an hour, and while Jimin's feet were beginning to ache, he couldn't control his grin; the old couple were too adorable. Although he probably wouldn't say it aloud, he really admired them for staying together for so long. On the way over, Mrs. Min had told him that the two had been married for over 37 years, and seeing them so happy had truly rekindled Jimin's own hopes for a life-long companion.
"Well, we've just got to pick up some fish and then we'll head home." Mr. Min sighed, gesturing toward the multiple fish and meat stalls in a corner.
"Okay, see you later." Yoongi nodded.
"Have fun, boys!" His grandmother cried, smiling sweetly as she shakily strolled away.
"Your grandparents are so cute." Jimin squealed, almost crushing his boyfriend's grasp with enthusiasm.
"I'll tell them you said that." He chuckled. After jokingly releasing his hand and flexing it, he curled his fingers back into place.
The pair wandered around in a comfortable silence, occasionally walking up to a stall to take a closer look at the array of interesting items on sale. Perhaps unlike a typical local market, there was far more on offer than food and clothing. Numerous stands were adorned with unique souvenirs of the coastal town, some stalls even offering hand-made jewellery or other special keepsakes. The salty sea breeze just tainted the scent of freshly baked breads and cakes, and everything in view was lively and warm.
"Do you ever think about growing old with someone?" Jimin asked suddenly.
Was he being too blunt? It seemed he had formed a habit of doing that around Yoongi.
"Sometimes. But I feel like I'd be far too boring to spend that many years with." He replied thoughtfully.
"Shush, you. You're the most interesting person I know!" Jimin poked him playfully, almost frowning at the thought of Yoongi thinking that way.
"What'd we say about being cheesy?" He sighed, holding back a giggle.
"Haha, sorry. It is true, though." Jimin pointed out.
"You would grow old with me then?" Yoongi raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah. We'd look pretty cute together as an old couple, don't you think?" The younger boy enthused.
It was Yoongi's turn to blush.
"Oh wow, look at those little shells! They're so pretty." Yoongi said abruptly, pointing matter-of-factly in the direction of a stand in the corner of the street.
The quaint stall proudly displayed various intricate shells of many shapes and sizes, some delicately hanging from the roof, others orderly stacked in shelves and drawers.
"They are! Should we get one?" Jimin replied, already edging subconsciously toward the stand.
"Excuse me, how much are these?" He politely asked the stall owner, who almost seemed surprised that he had been approached.
"The smaller ones are 3,000 won each." The man confirmed.
Jimin instantly shot a look of excitement toward Yoongi.
"Shall we be cliché and get matching ones?" Yoongi laughed.
"Hey! I thought you hated being cheesy!" Jimin exclaimed, hitting him lovingly. Yoongi barely flinched; he must have become accustomed to it.
"Just this once." Yoongi sighed, not wanting to admit that he was starting to enjoy the clichés.
"Okay, then," Jimin began, his eyes lighting up as if he were a delighted child, "how about these twirly ones?"
"I like them."

As per I'm very sorry this is late! Wattpad went all glitchy on my phone last night for some reason! It's also pretty short and bad but as always I'll most likely come back to it - I just wanted to get it up. Hope you all had good weeks! We also hit 500 reads I think and that's pretty cool, so thank you.
Song is Red Velvet's 'Happiness' because it's been stuck in my head all week!
See you next time!
