**Beth's POV**
I chased after my dad- my real dad.
"Why are you running?!" I yelled. He looked behind him and our silver eyes met eachother. His filled with panick and he kept running.
"Why would you run from me, Dad?" I whispered, and a single tear leaked out of my eye. He saw that and slowed down. I didn't, though, and I kept sprinting and evading my way through the crowds of people towards my father.
I found him making a pitiful effort to hide from me.
"Daddy, why did you leave me?" I whispered, unknowing that Allen was right behind me, listening to the entire conversation.
~"~"~
**Allen's POV**
"Daddy, why did you leave me?" Bethany whispered.
"I thought that it would be the best for you," The man that Bethany referred to as "Daddy".
"YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHO YOU'RE GIVING YOUR CHILDREN TO BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM AWAY!" Beth screamed. She was angrier than I'd ever seen her.
What had happened to her when she was young? I thought.
"I... I know. I'm so sorry, Beth," He stared at the ground.
"YOU'D BETTER BE FLIPPING SORRY," Bethany screeched, "I WAS ABUSED BY THAT JERK!"
They stayed in silence for a few moments.
"Your friend spoke very highly of you," Bethany's dad broke the silence.
"Tori?!" Bethany instantly perked up.
"Yes. She said that you were the best friend she could have ever had," Beth's dad smiled at her.
Bethany blushed, "She's too nice to me."
Her dad just continued smiling, "And who's this?" He pointed to me.
Bethany flew around ot see me.
"...Allen?! How long have you been standing there?!" Bethany sounded startled and I instantly felt guilty and didnt meet her eyes.
"The entire conversation," I replied, guilt gnawing down on me.
"Allen..." She whispered, then pulled me into a hug, "It's okay. In fact, I'm glad you heard all that."
"Awwww," Her dad joked, "Is he your boyfriend?"
Instantly, Bethany jumped back and we both yelled, "What?! NO!"
~"~"~
**Back with Beth**
The three of us stared at eachother for a moment.
I started laughing.
I believe that before, I described it as something along the lines of "every single animal on earth dying a horrible, painful death".
Which basically means that the three of us were rolling on the ground like drunken idiots while people stared at us.
~"~
Allen was the first person to recover.
"Oh no! The train's leaving!" Allen yelled.
"AWW CRAP THAT'S BAD!" I screamed, immediately out of my laughing fit.
"Your train is the one that just left?!" My dad stared at me, alarmed.
"Yup!" I smiled, then said to Allen, "D'ya think we can catch it?"
"Um..." Allen stated, then smiled, "Probably not."
"GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME!" I grinned, then walked up to my dad and raised my arms. He flinched.
"Beth-" He started.
"SHUT IT!" I yelled and gave him a huge hug. He stiffened, then relaxed and returned my hug.
I let go and he put his hands on my shoulders.
"Don't die, okay?" He smiled. I nodded and started walking away.
My dad added as I walked away, "I love you, Bethany."
I turned around, surprised. His silver eyes held so much love that a stray tear escaped onto my cheeks. My father was caught off guard by my tear and I quickly wiped it off.
"I love you too, Daddy." I whispered, then ran to catch up with Allen.
~"~
After weaving through crowds of people and bouncing off of a few walls (LITERALLY!) I found Allen waiting for me.
"We're going to lose our last chance to make it on the train!" Allen looked at me, frustrated.
"Okay, okay! I'll get us there faste-" I started, only to be cut off.
"You wouldn't happen to be Exorcists, sir and ma'am?" A voice stated.
I turned to them, seeing an old woman.
"First thing's first, what's your name?" I smiled at her, but was internally suspicious. How did she know about us?
"A-Angela." She stuttered slightly.
"Okay, and how do you know about the Exorcists?" I stared at her.
"W-Well, there was a couple of E-Exorcists in my area and they...." She stopped meeting my eyes.
"They what?" I growled and her head shot up in fear.
"They were captured!" She managed to get out.
"Who?" My voice was stronger and I could tell that Sayuri was saying it.
"Two of them- Lavi and.... Victoria, I think it was!" She looked at me, scared.
And she had every right to be, because what I did next would scare a Level Four akuma.
My eyes went dark green, almost black. My hair turned to a dark brown-ish forest green.
The woman looked shocked and scared, but Allen just looked shocked.
"Who took them?" Sayuri was talking alongside me, doubling my voice.
"I-I think it was s-someone named 'Noah'!" The old woman fearfully answered.
"Where did they take them?" We asked.
"I-I don't k-know!" She answered, stuttering.
"I bet I know." We said in a strong voice.
I needed to get to the Ark, and fast. Or else something's going to get blown up.
~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~"~
I know it's short, I'm sorry, but I can't write everything in one chapter. Besides, I just learned that theres a kid that just went missing near my neighborhood, so lay off. I'm a little stressed. It's just not right to kidnap kids! They have their WHOLE FRIGGIN LIVES ahead of them! So if you're thinking about kidnapping people, DON'T! OR I'LL COME AND VICIOUSLY MURDER YOU WITH A SPORK. AND I'M DEAD SERIOUS.
