Chapter 18 - Best Night Ever

Cyd's P.O.V.

Austin started to sing Upside Down and I jumped up and down excitedly. It was my favourite song of his and the lyrics made me think of Naldo so much. It described really well how I feel for him. I started to sing and dance and turned to Naldo. He was looking at me and smiling. I smiled and looked into his beautiful green eyes. I felt my heat skip a beat and I got all warm and fuzzy on the inside. As the song ended everyone cheered.

"Wow thank you for tonight Portland! You've been amazing! Hopefully I'll see you soon" Austin said and walked off the stage.

"Oh my god that was amazing!" Shelby said and squealed.

"I know right! To bad we couldn't meet him" I said and squealed back.

"I know..." Shelby said.

"Can we go now? I went here for you Shelby and now I really want to go back home" Barry said.

"I'm so happy you came Barry. Of course let's go" Shelby said and kissed Barry's cheek.

They said bye to me and Naldo and walked away. As they had dissappeared I turned to Naldo.

"So uhm what now?" I said.

Before Naldo could even answer a man who looked like a security guard came up to us.

"You must be Naldo, I've orders to come and get you and your friend" He said.

"Oh yeah that's me." Naldo said and nodded.

"Good then follow me" the guard said.

"Come on Cyd!" Naldo said and pulled me with him.

We walked in through a secret door to the corridors of the mall were only the workers here gets to be in. I looked at Naldo.

"Where are we going Naldo?" I said confusedly.

"You'll see soon" Naldo said and smirked.

We arrived outside of a door and the guard opened the door.

"Your friends are here to see you Mr Moon" He said.

"Oh great! Let them in" I heard Austin Moon's voice say.

The guard stepped out from the door and said that we could go inside. I followed Naldo and all of a sudden we were in the same room as the one and only Austin Moon. I widened my eyes and looked over at Naldo.

"Hey Austin!" Naldo said and smiled.

Austin stood up from his chair and walked over to give Naldo a man hug.

"Hey dude!" He said and smiled back.

I stood there frozen and just watched them. Naldo doesn't know Austin personally but then again why are we here and why does it looks like they've met before.

"Hey you must be Cyd! You're friend here told me about you" Austin said to me as they pulled away from their hug.

"Yeah... that's me but how... I mean how do you know Naldo?" I asked confusedly

"I don't really know him, we just walked into eachother when I arrived here before the concert and he said you were a big fan and would love to meet me" Austin said and smiled.

"Oh yeah I am" I said and smiled.

Austin chuckled and gave me a tight hug. I hugged back and smiled. His hug were really nice but nothing will never beat Naldo's hugs. They're the best and being inside of his arms makes me melt. After a minute Austin pulled away from the hug.

"So did you guys liked the concert?" He asked.

"It was awesome!" Naldo said and smiled.

"I loved it! The best was when you sang upside down because it's my favourite song of yours" I said and smiled.

"Thanks, I love that song as well. It makes me think of my girlfriend Ally, especially when I'm away from here like right now" Austin said.

We talked a little more with him and took some selfies before Austin had to leave. He were flying home already so he had to go catch his plane.

"Bye guys it was really nice meeting you both. And Naldo, you've got yourself a really great girl there. I'm rooting for you man" Austin said.

Me and Naldo said bye to him and the security guard came and showed us the way out to the actual mall again. Now we stood infront of the stage were Austin had performed earlier again. I looked after the guard and then turned to Naldo with a big smile on my lips.

"That was amazing! Thanks so much for doing that!  You're the best!" I said and hugged him tightly.

"You're welcome Cyd, I'd do anything to make you happy" Naldo said and hugged me back just as tight.

We hugged for a while before pulling away and walking out from the mall. Outside it was really dark. We walked down the streets of Portland. The moon shined above us and it felt really magical. It was almost like in a movie were they'd end up kissing in the moonlight. We arrived outside the Marcus' house and I looked at Naldo.

"I had a really great time tonight Naldo. This is now officially the best concert I've been to" I said and smiled.

"Me too and yeah, I agree... So uhm I'll see you tomorrow then?" He said.

"Yeah.... see you tomorrow. And thanks for walking me home" I said and gave him a hug.

"That was no problems really" He said and hugged me back.

I smiled for myself and inhaled his scent. I really happy and safe inside of his arms. It was almost like short little me fitted perfectly like a puzzle piece inside of tall Naldo's arms.

"Goodnight Naldo" I said as we pulled away.

"Goodnight Cyd" He said.

I turned around and walked over to the door. As I was about to open it I turned around to see Naldo staring at me. I smiled and then walked inside of the Marcus' house.

As I came up to mine and Shelby's room she was already fast asleep. I took on my pyjamas and crawled down into my bed and fell asleep really happy. This had been the best night ever!

A/N

A little cute chapter with some Cyldo moments! Now that Naldo likes Cyd back things is going to become really interesting, I'm not going to spoil anything but I can say one thing and that is that stuff is going to happen ;)
