After they came back from Wichita Falls, their relationship were getting better as Greyson was easy to just forgive and forget about the thing that happened. He didn't want them to stay far from each other any longer and to be honest, he missed Melissa so much that he could do everything to bring her home back. It turned out she was the one who messaged him telling she wanted to go back, that put a smile on his face.
Melissa was relieved when her husband didn't question more about her being uncertain but she was still careful not to be too intimate with him as she wasn't ready for any of that. She didn't want to get pregnant again. But she couldn't stay doing nothing because she knew Greyson would be suspicious of her. So she had this plan in her head and she prayed that it would work. She just didn't want to lose Greyson, that was all.
"Red flag. Sorry." She pouted. Greyson being the understanding man he was just nodded and smiled.
"Bad timing, I guess." He chuckled. "Let's just go to sleep." He wrapped his arm around Melissa and cuddled with her to sleep.
She wasn't actually on her period when she said that but she couldn't think of other reason to push him when Greyson started to caress her inner thighs as a sign that he wanted her. Before thing got any further she quickly blurted out the lie and was relieved when Greyson bought the excuse.
But how long would she gonna stay using the same excuse to not have sex, of course she couldn't because Greyson wasn't stupid; he at least knew that a woman will only has her menstrual cycle once a month.
So, Melissa sticked to her plan. She went to the pharmacy when Greyson was at work and had a consultation with the pharmacist before the woman in a white long coat suggested Melissa the best thing she needed. Melissa smiled as she finally got what she wanted.
"Do you perhaps want a condom, too?" The cashier asked while scanning the item. Melissa looked confused.
"I-I-"
"What size do you want?" She asked without waiting for Melissa to finish.
"What? It has size? I thought it is free size?" Melissa blurted out innocently.
The cashier laughed when she heard that. "Are you really married? Or is this your first time?"
Melissa's face reddened. She was thankful there was no people queuing behind her.
"Never mind. Here's the money. Keep the change!" She grabbed her purchase and got out from there before the cashier would make fun of her again. It wasn't her fault that she didn't knew about things like that. Nobody taught her anything and Greyson was the first man to do that kind of things with her.
Melissa was deep in her thoughts when Greyson got back. She was thinking about the scene at the pharmacy. Was it bad not having enough information about that thing? Greyson never said anything about her so she guessed she was doing okay. But he also could probably not tell her because he was afraid she would feel bad.
"Again, you're spacing out."
Melissa turned to the direction where the voice came. "Greyson. Sorry, I didn't realize you're home."
