Shawn stood at the edge of the bed, buckling his belt while looking down at Melissa. She was sobbing violently. Her body was trembling and was still shocked with all those things."That was amazing, baby." Shawn said while leaning down on Melissa's ear and whispered, "I'll see you tomorrow. Make sure you be better than today and remember, this is only between us." Shawn pecked on Melissa's lips before he left. Melissa heard the front door opened and closed. She started to cry again.
"Why do I have such a bad life...?" She slowly sat down and turned her head to Leila. Leila stopped crying when she saw her mommy sitting up, thinking that she would pick her up but her mommy didn't. It made Leila looked up at her mommy and cried again.
"I'm sorry, honey..." Melissa covered her body with the duvet. "Mommy is very dirty right now."
Melissa got up from the bed and picked up her clothes on the floor. She took another clean cloth from the wardrobe and placed it around Leila, wrapping her in it before picking her up. Leila just stopped crying and started to rub her little eyes. It was her napping time.
Melissa placed Leila in the crib. She decided to take a bath before she put Leila to sleep. "Be a good girl, yeah? Mommy will be quick."
Leila rubbed her eyes and blinked a few times. She was sleepy but she needed to be fed and Melissa felt too dirty to even touch her baby.
Melissa stepped into the bathroom, tapping on the shower and let the cold water running down her body. She rubbed every inch of her body from her arms, chest and thighs, while breaking down under the shower. The moment just now was still fresh in the back of her mind. It was not over yet. She was going to face another two horrible days.
The next day, Melissa was putting Leila into sleep when she heard the bell. Her heart started to beat fast and she looked at sleeping Leila one last time before she left the room to the living area.
Melissa was standing at the front door, doubting whether she should open it or not. Her hand wrapped around the knob but she was freezing in her spot. Deep down she hoped it was Greyson but if it was him why would he need to press the bell to get into his own house? Melissa was snapped from her thoughts when she heard the bell again. She slowly twisted the doorknob and of course it revealed none other than Shawn the bastard.
"What took you so long?" Shawn asked, furiously stamped his feet inside. He slammed the door closed and pulled Melissa closer. Shawn grabbed a fistful of Melissa's hair before he kissed her shoving his tongue inside her mouth exploring it.
"Uhhh!!" Shawn screamed when Melissa bit his tongue. Melissa smirked and mentally laughed at him. Serve you right, she thought.
"That was rude."
Shawn grasped Melissa's wrist and threw her on the couch. Melissa backed away and tried to run but Shawn was faster to catch her and held her down. "You just made me angry. You deserve to be punished." Melissa glared at Shawn before he leaned down and lifted her shirt. She was wearing a long sleeve. Shawn's eyebrows furrowed to see there was another shirt underneath.
"What are you trying to do?" Melissa didn't answer. "If you think by wearing layers of clothes would make me change my mind, you were wrong. Now, get up and stand over there."
"Why do I have to listen to you?"
Shawn stared into Melissa's eyes and smirked. "Because your husband's life is in my hands. Don't think I don't know that he is in LA right now."
