AlexaCorey woke me up at the aiport, just in time to wave our Mum off. I looked at her and wrapped my arms around her neck. Even though she's leaving us again, she's my mother and I'll miss her
"I love you baby girl" she whispered, lifting my head and kissing my forehead "Never forget that"
I tightened my arms around her body, burrying my face in her coat "I love you too mum, always"
"I'm gonna miss you mum" I sighed, snuggling up to Luke, who had his arm around me "Please call us when you can?"
Mum smiled "Of course I will honey"
I waited whilst my brothers said their goodbyes, theirs were short and sweet
"Ells, if you need any help, call Brandon. I've told him I'm going away, so he might come over to visit and spend time with you. His room is all made up so he has somewhere to stay" I heard mum explain
I froze when I heard Brandon's name, sending shivers down my spine. I really don't want Brandon to come over, he'll ruin the whole vibe, as he's the oldest he always takes the responsibility of bossing us around
The goodbye's lasted a total of 7 minutes, according to Corey, and once they were done, we knew it would be three weeks until we next saw mum
"Sooooo, what do we do now?" I asked, raising an eyebrow as she walked off into the distance
"It's 4am" Elliott laughed, stretching his arms and yawning "I dont know what you want to do at 4am!"
Corey shrugged "I cannot speak for all but I want my bed!"
We decided to drive back home and have a chilled day, as the early start had made us all tired.
The car seats were already decided by Elliott, with him and Luke were up front, with Corey and I in the back.
I sat one seat away from Corey, who was laid across the seats, his legs resting on mine as he began to drift off to sleep
This looks like it will be one long journey
I didnt really manage to sleep, the traveling had made me more awake than what I had hoped. Instead of moaning and complaining, I just listened to some music on my phone and went on social media which surprisingly was more alive than what I expected considering it was 4am.
Using Snapchat, I took a picture of the car and added the time filter, captioning it with the '😫💤 ' emojis. I added it to my story, before switiching off from the social world and continuing listening to my music.
Surprisningly, the journey seemed quicker, and we were home in good timing. Elliott locked up the car and flopped straight on the sofa in exhaustion
"Wow I am tired" he moaned, his eyes closing effortlessly as he drifted off to sleep
Corey and Luke headed up to their room to catch up on some sleep also. I took it upon myself to make sure Elliott was ok, as he had just done 4 hours driving, give or take. The grey fluffy throw was on the arm of the sofa, which I used to wrap Elliott up, as he had complained earlier about been cold. It might by the month of May but it's been cold recently, we've had a lot of rainy dull weather. Once he was wrapped up, I made my own way to my room and, like my brothers, fell into another sleep
