Once Cheryl, Gary and Lily had all checked in, they made their way to the departure lounge. “Right, I'm going to buy some books to read, where are you two going to be?” Lily asked Cheryl and Gary.

“Over there!” they both called back at the same time, pointing towards a Starbucks. Lily laughed, shaking her head as the two siblings ran towards the smell of fresh coffee and cakes.

15 minutes later, Lily walked towards Cheryl and Gary who were now sat happily at a table surrounded by large mugs of frothy coffee and a mountain of croissants, bagels and cakes. “Are you two serious? ...You do realise you can eat on the plane and they do sell food in America?.... You don’t have to eat a months worth of food right now you know!” Lily chuckled, genuinely stunned by how much food was in front of her. “I don’t get how you can stay so slim Cheryl, you're like the most unhealthiest person I know!”

Cheryl looked up at her friend, cheekily smiling whilst chewing on a mouthful of blueberry muffin. “It’s me mam’s good genes” she winked while Gary smiled as he also took a bite out of his croissant covered in strawberry jam. Cheryl looked over at him, frowning before tearing off a bit of his croissant and stuffing it in her mouth.

“Oi, that's mine you pig! ...you've got ya own stuff” he yelled jokingly, shooing Cheryl away.

“Haha... I know but that croissant looked so yummy” she giggled back.

“OK, you have about 20 minutes before we need to board, so get eating you two...I hope the plane has plenty of sick bags” Lily joked as she sat down and opened her book; ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’.

“Yes mother!” Cheryl mumbled sarcastically, resulting in a raised eyebrow and slight smirk from her over the top of the pages.

"Flight 5029 is now boarding at Gate 7" the voice over the tanoy system suddenly boomed a while later. “Yey that’s us!” Lily and Cheryl both cheerfully called, simultaneously.

“You two spend far too much time together” Gary laughed, shaking his head as the two girls linked arms and skipped towards Gate 7. Gary quickly downed the rest of his coffee and followed, leaving a totally empty table behind them; They'd actually managed to eat everything!

The two girls sat together on the plane whilst Gary sat in the chair behind them with his iPod on. “I can’t believe it’s time to make the ‘Call My Name' video already! I know I've had the song ages but this year has just flown by!” Cheryl told Lily, sitting back in her chair as the seat belt signs went off.

“Tell me about it! ...I've quite enjoyed you having a relatively drama free year for once! You're going to be working pretty much non-stop from now on though...plus I’m convinced you'll definitely get to tour this year!... hee hee, it’s so exciting!” Lily answered, clapping her hands together.

Cheryl’s dimples grew at the sound of the word ‘tour’. It had been such a long time since she'd toured and the last one had been as a support act for the Black Eyed peas across Europe, which she had absolutely loved, but it was a big dream for her to have her own solo tour. “I just hope the fans like the album...” Cheryl sighed, feeling the pressure of releasing new music. “It’s been such a long time since I've done anything...they might not really be interested anymore.”

Lily looked across at Cheryl who was clearly worrying about how her new music would be received by her fans. “Come here you divvy” she put her arm around her best friend as Cheryl lay her head on Lily’s shoulder “...of course they're going to love it! You have the most loyal, dedicated fan base out there, they'll go crazy for you...haha...you know what they're like on twitter!”

“Haha!...yeah you're right, they're mental aren't they?!” Cheryl smiled as she cuddling into Lily.

“Well they have learnt from the best, haven’t they?” she joked, giggling to herself.

“Hey! I’m perfectly sane, thank you very much” Cheryl pouted, poking Lily in the arm before hearing Gary sniggering behind her. “You can shut up back there as well, Jerk!...Right, well because you said that, I’m just gonna stay like this for the whole flight and use your shoulder as a pillow, so ha...hope you don’t get a dead arm” Cheryl pulled a smug expression, getting herself comfortable against Lily who rolled her eyes, trying not to laugh at her cheeky best mate.
