“Take your time why don’t ya!...we’re flipping starving here!” Gary complained as Tre and Cheryl eventually appeared from the bedroom, dressed and ready to go out.
“Ah stop your moaning Mr twisty!” Cheryl grinned, walking over to the mirror to fix her hair which she had quickly dried and was now bouncing in loose waves over her shoulders.
Tre chuckled, collapsing back on the sofa while they waited for their lift to arrive. Tyrell could tell exactly what Tre and Cheryl had been up to and why they'd taken so long but kept quiet as Gary suddenly launched himself in the air, cheering as Newcastle scored a goal. “Wey aye!...that’s what I’m talking about!...You little beauties!” he shouted, making the other two boys laugh hysterically while Cheryl screamed at him as he had made her jump while she was trying to put some mascara on and so now she had a big black line across her cheek.
“*Ducking* twat!” she swore, wiping the mark off and trying again.
“Oi! Language Missy!” Tre called over to her, smirking.
“*Duck* off!” she yelled back, a massive grin on her face as the rest of them burst out laughing again. Tre’s phone buzzed suddenly, telling him that their lift was waiting outside.
“Right, come on, you’re beautiful enough, let’s go!” he stood up, gesturing for Cheryl to come over.
“Right, if we're all going out, I can’t cope with overly lovey dovey sh!t OK!” Gary grinned as Tyrell sniggered, nodding in agreement.
“What...You mean like this?” Cheryl smiled, grabbing Tre's face and kissing him deeply on the lips.
“For God’s sake!...my eyes, my eyes!” Gary shouted jokingly, running out of the hotel room whilst shielding his eyes with his arm as Tyrell followed, laughing hysterically.
“Mwah Mwah Mwah!” Tre grinned against her lips before quickly kissing her cheek and taking her hand to follow the other two down the corridor.
“Where are we gonna go to eat?” Cheryl asked enthusiastically as they all sat in the car, her fingers still interlocked with Tre’s on his leg as he gently rubbed her hand with his thumb.
“I just fancy a really nice burger or something!” Tyrell groaned, sitting back in his seat, dreaming of the perfect American style burger he craved for. “I always seem to want to eat crap when we get into rehearsals...I think it’s just cos I don’t have to feel so guilty cos I know it will get burnt off!” he laughed as Tre agreed, nodding his head.
“I know the perfect place!...and it’s not too far from an Odeon either” Gary chipped in, trying to not be distracted by the fact that Cheryl had snuggled into Tre and was now nuzzling his neck while he tried not to giggle.
15 minutes later, they pulled up outside a bistro style restaurant which they quickly walked into, being greeted with the mouth watering smell of sizzling steaks, burgers, chips and pizza. Cheryl’s face instantly lit up at the sight of a little boy tucking into an enormous chocolate fudge sundae. Tre laughed noticing what she was looking at and playfully grabbed her shoulders, turning her around to get her to walk with Tyrell and Gary to the table they were being taken to in the corner by a young waitress.
The waitress kept glancing at Cheryl as they took their seats, obviously recognising who she was. Cheryl smiled back at her, wanting to get the awkwardness out of the way. “Can I just apologise now if I start creeping you out!” the waitress chuckled. “It’s just, I quite love you”
“Aww...haha...bless ya! Thanks though, n don’t worry, you won’t creep me out!” Cheryl beamed back, giggling slightly as the young girl blushed even worse than she usually did.
